제1도는 화물탱크내에 개량된 분리 다이야프램을 부착한 유조선의 종단면도. 제4도는 칸막이림 부착물의 상이한 방법을 표시한 우현 화물 탱크 및 발러스트 탱크 배열을 표시한 횡단면도. 제5도는 상이한 연부 발러스트 탱크 배열과 이들 배열의 구조용 장치가 표시된 좌현익 화물탱크의 횡단면도. 제6도의 큰화물 탱크의 하부를 4개의 구획으로 분활한 연부 발러스트 탱크 격자의 평면도.
(각 구획은 다이야프램 수용에 적합한 구조임)

Claims (10)

  1. 보강된 탄성박막판의 한쪽끝이 이동식 칸막이에 부착되고, 다른쪽끝은 고정된 칸막이 림에 부착되며, 이림에 이동식 칸막이를 면하는 발러스트 탱크의 측벽에 고정되어 선체상부로 부터 바닥으로 또는 그와 반대로 발러스트 탱크 사이를 유통하는 원유와 물에 침투되지 않는 장벽을 제공하는 장치를 제공하며, 이로써 연부 발러스트 탱크 사이에 서로 다른 시간에 두가지 유체를 이상적으로 충진시키는 동안 한유체가 다른 유체로 부터 효과적으로 분리되게 되어 있어, 원유가 상기 공간에 충진되므로서 동일한 외부치수를 가진 표준 차단식 발러스트 유조선 유조보다 많은 원유를 충진하도록 되어 있는 것이 특징인 유조선의 연부발러스트 탱크격자를 가진 분리식 발러스트 장치.
  2. 칸막이 림이 이동식 칸막이의 중간 운행 지점에 해당하는 높이에서 연부 발러스트 탱크의 측면에 설치되어 있는것이 특징인 청구범위 1의 장치.
  3. 칸막이를 면하는 연부 발러스트 탱크의 측면에 凹부가 형성되고 칸막이 림이 상기 凹부에 부착된 것이 특징인 청구범위 1의 장치.
  4. 연부 발러스트 탱크의 상부판이 이동식 칸막이 쪽으로 연장되어 있으므로서 이동식 칸막이가 가장 높은 위치로 운행 되었을 때 칸막이 끝부가 상기 연장된 상부판에 접합되도록 되어 있는 것이 특징인 청구범위 1의 장치.
  5. 탱크 측면 또는 상부면이 선체에 부착되어 있으되, 상기 탱크의 바닥과 측면이 선체의 일부와 일체로 구성되어 탱크를 형성한 것이 특징인 청구범위 1에 청구된 발러스트탱크.
  6. 탱크 바닥판이 탱크와 일체로 형성하되 선체의 일부로 형성되지 않는 것이 특징인 청구범위 1에 청구된 발러스트탱크.
  7. 경량의 이동식 칸막이가 부착되고 안내 및 지지부재는 박막과 탱크의 모양에 의해 독립적으로 마련되는 청구범위 1에 기재된 장치.
  8. 고정 칸막이 림이 이동식 칸막이의 운행 중간 위치에서 배의 격자벽에 직접부착된 것이 특징인 청구범위 1에 기재된 장치.
  9. 연부 발러스트 탱크가 배안에 설치되어 있으며, 가로 및 세로 방향의 넷트워크 또는 탱크 격자를 형성하여 이동식 칸막이 림 그리고 박막판의 설치, 운전, 보수를 포함하여 운용하는데 적합한 쎌을 형성하도록 되어 있는 것이 특징인 청구범위 1에 기재된 장치.
  10. 선체의 강도를 보완하고, 배의 안전도 및 발러스팅 작업에 편의를 제공하는 탱크 구조로 되어 있는 청구범위 1에 청구된 발러스트 탱크.
