Claims (1)
- 본문에 설명되고 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 어떤 일정한 형태의 도전선을 띠고 있는 접지된 반도체 기판과 상기 기판상에 위치된 반대형태도전체의 콜렉터 및 에미터영역을 내포하고 있는 반대형태도전체변환기를 함유하고 있는 모노리식 집적회로치칩상에 구성되고, 콜렉터와 에미터 영역이 상기 어떤 일정한 형태의 도전체 베이스영역에 의하여 분리되고, 상기 콜렉터영역이 유도성부하에 연결되는 트랜지스터와; 상기 콜렉터 영역과 전기적 접촉에 의해 상기 기판상에 고착된 일정한 형태의 도전성변환기를 함유하고 있는 상기 도전체의 제4영역과; 상기 제4영역과 기준전위의 전원 사이에 연결된 저항성 임피던스와; 상기 제4영역과 상기 기준전위의 전원 사이에 연결된 캐패시터 등으로 구성되고 유동성부하에 의하여 증가된 전압 펄스로 인하여 발생하는 랫팅으로부터 보호되는 전력.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
