전기밥솥의 스위치 부착장치

본 고안은 전기밥솥의 스위치 부착장치에 관한 것으로, 스위치를 밥솥에 내장되어 있는 방열판의 저면에 부착하여 사용중의 고장을 최대한 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래의 일반적인 전기밥솥은 동체 외주면 일측에 돌출되게 설치한 합성수지제 램프 박스에 두개의 돌봉을 돌설하고 이 돌봉에 형성된 나사공에 스위치의 기판을 볼트로 고정하여 부착하였기 때문에 장기간 사용시 볼트가 합성수지제 램프박스에서 풀려 스위치가 유동되는 일이 많았고 이 경우 스위치가 내장된 바이메탈을 정확하게 작동시키지 못하게 되므로 각종 고장 및 전기사고의 원인이 되어 왔다.
본 고안은 종래의 전기밥솥이 지닌 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
밥솥 동체(1)내에 내장된 방열판(2)의 저면에 나사공(3)(3')을 천공하고 스위치(4)의 선단에는형 절곡부(5)를 형성하여 이형 절곡부(5)의 상면 구멍(6)(6')과 방열판(2) 저면의 나사공(3)(3')을 보울트(7)로 체결하여서 된 것으로 도면중 미설명부호 8은 히타, 9는 바이메탈, 10은 램프 박스이다.
이와 같은 구성된 본 고안은 밥솥 동체(1)내에 내장된 금속제 방열판(2)의 저면에 스위치(4) 선단형 절곡부(5)가 견고하게 고정되어 있으므로 장기간 사용하여도 보울트(7)가 풀려 스위치(4)가 유동되는 일이 없으므로 바이메탈(9)을 정확하게 동작시킬 수 있고 따라서 스위치(4)의 유동으로 인한 각종 고장 및 전기사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
