제1도는 모래주형(2)에서 칫수가 110㎜×110㎜×110㎜인 주강을 제조하는 공지의 방법에 의한 주형의 단면도,
제2도는 종래의 주강공장에서 사용하고 있는 금속 패딩(padding)을 예시한 것으로서 주형의 단면도,
제3도는 금속 패딩을 사용하는 EH 다른 종래의 방법을 예시한 주형의 단면도,
제4도는 발명에 의한 예비성형 및 건조된 패드를 사용한 예를 나타낸 도면,
제5도는 본 발명에 의한 주형용 혼합물로 만든 패드의 사용예를 예시한 도면,

Claims (1)

  1. 점진적인 방향성 응고가 촉진되도록 주형의 한군데 이상의 위치에 내장용 패드를 구성하여 모래주형의 금속 접촉면을 구성하거나 지지토록 하고 모래주형의 나머지 부분에는 소요의 형상과 치수를 가진 공동을 구성하며 입상의 내화물질과 알루미늄 미분말과 알루미늄의 산화제 및 점결제로 된 조성물로 패드를 구성하므로서 조성물중에는 불화염이 거의 없고 섬유질내화물을 함유하며 패드의 밀도가 0.3-1.1g/㎤되게 함을 특징으로 하는 주물사나 주형에서의 용융금속 주물 제조방법.
