Claims (11)
- 마그네슘, 알루미늄과 아연 및 그 합금으로되는 군에서 선택된 양극과 소극재료로 도포된 도전성 금속격자 구성으로 된 소극작용의 음극을 갖는 활성화해수의 장기작용의 받데리에 있어서 음극의 소극재료가 티오남정석 제1동, 황산과 카본으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며,
- 흑아세틸렌인 카본으로 된 특허청구범위 1에 따르는 받데리.
- 그 카본이 흑연으로 된 특허청구범위 1에 따르는 받데리.
- 실제적으로 티오정금속 제1동이 65% 내지 84%, 유황이 9% 내지 13%, 카본이 5%에서 18%로 되는 분말로 만들어지며 금속격자에 눌려 삽입된 음극소극제를 갖는 특허청구범위 1에서의 받데리.
- 금속격자에 사용되기 이전에 유황을 녹이기 위하여 적어도 한번은 가열된 티오남정석, 카본, 자연유황 및 땜질약의 혼합물로 된 특허청구범위 4에 의한 받데리.
- 테트라 프루어에틸렌이 3.9% 내지 1.9% 구성된 땜질약으로 된 특허청구 범위 5에 의한 받데리.
- 0.1% 이상의 파라핀이 포함된 땜질약으로 된 특허청구 범위 5에 의한 받데리.
- 파라핀과 테트라프루어에틸렌의 혼합물로 된 소극제내의 땜질약으로 된 특허청구 범위 6의 받데리.
- 혼합물을 구성함에 티오남정석 제1동, 유황 및 카본의 예정량을 혼합하며, 이들 내에 포함되는 유황을 녹이기 위하여 충분한 온도로 적어도 한번 그 혼합물을 가열하며, 음극소극제를 구성하기 위하여 실질적인 실온으로 가열된 혼합물을 냉각시키는 공정으로 구성되는 방법을 특징으로 하는 음극소극제 혼합물 제조방법.
- 상기 혼합물을 구성하기 위한 테트라프루어에틸렌과 파라핀의 혼합예정량 이상으로 혼합하는 단계를 갖는 특허청구 범위 9에 의한 방법.
- 혼합물을 구성하기 위하여 실질적은 중량비가 0.1%의 파라핀과 3.9%에서 1.9%까지의 테트라프루어에틸렌과 18%에서 5%까지의 카본, 13%에서 9%까지의 유황, 65%에서 84%까지의 티오남정석 제1동으로 혼합하며, 이속에 포함된 유황을 녹이기 위하여 충분한 온도를 최소한 한번 가열하며, 음극소극제를 구성하기 위하여 가열된 그 혼합물을 실질적인 실온으로 냉각하는 공정을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 9에 의한 음극 소극제의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
