Claims (1)

  1. 용융철의 표면 위로 부터 용융철 내로 산소를 취입시킴으로써 강철을 제조하기 위한 기본적인 내화물이 내장된 용기의 내화 라이닝의 수명을 증가시키는 데 있어서 용기내로 돌러마이트 석회석이 통상적으로 사용되는 양을 초과하도록 돌러마이트 석회석을 포함하는 슬랙형성 성분들을 주입하고, 또한 슬랙형성 성분으로서 고칼륨 함량의 석회석을 주입하고 주입되는 돌러마이트 석회석의 양이 최소한 고칼슘 함량의 석회석의 양과 동일하도록 하고, 슬랙과 용융철사이에 강한 상호작용을 유발시키도록 아르곤을 비롯한 비활성 기체를 산소랜스를 통하여 주입하거나 용융철의 표면에 비활성 기체를 충돌시키도록 조정된 분리된 랜스를 통하여 주입하고,용융철의 황 함량이 산소 취입의 후기 단계에서 원하는 값보다 더 큰 경우 황 함량이 원하는 수준으로 감소할 때까지 슬랙과 용융철 사이에 강한 상호작용을 유발시키도록 비활성 기체만으로 용융철을 재취입시킴으로서 기본적인 산소 용광로에 대한 용기의 라이닝 수명을 증가시키는 방법.
