Claims (2)

  1. 비이드의 용융온도 정도 및 발포제의 비점 이상까지 가열된 내부표면을 가지는 체임버중에 비이드를 넣고, 비이드를 대기압에서 계속하여 교반하면서 비이드간의 응집을 방지함과 아울러 체임버의 내부 표면으로 부터 비이드가 열을 흡수토록 하여 비이드가 연화점에 도달토록 하여 체적 팽창을 시키며, 체임버내의 압력을 감소시켜 팽창된 비이드로 부터 기상의 발포제중 상당부분을 추출제거한후, 팽창된 비이드를 다시 대기압 상태로 환원시켜주는 단계를 특징으로하는 발포제를 함유한 열가소성 합성수지로된 비이드를 예비 팽창시키는 방법.
  2. 가열장치를 구성하여 비이드의 온도를 올려주어 대기압에서 일정한 정도까지 비이드들 팽창시킨후 비이드를 성형하도록하고, 성형장치를 구성하며, 팽창된 비이드 이송장치를 구성하며 가열장치로부터 성형장치로 이송시키도록 하고, 성형장치는 1차 및 2차 가압판으로 구성하여 가압판이 상호 마주보도록하며, 가압판 설치장치를 구성하여 상호간에 근접된 위치로 접근할 수 있고 떨어지게도 할 수 있게 하고, 가압판 밀폐장치를 구성하여 근접된 위치에서는 각 가압판의 한쪽이 성형공간을 형성토록하며, 유체가열장치를 구성하고 유체취급장치를 구성하여 공간의 한쪽으로부터 성형틀에 가열된 유체를 공급함과 아울러 다른쪽으로는 유체를 방출토록하며, 또한 성형틀의 공간을 대기압 이하로 감압시킬수도 있고 대기압 상태로 회복시킬수 있도록함을 특징으로 하는 발포제를 함유한 열가소성 합성수지로 부터 팽창된 열가소성 제품을 성형할 수 있는 장치.
