Claims (1)
- (a) 다음 구조식(III)을 가지는 피리딘 유도체의 메틸화 또는 아실화 또는 (b) 다음 구조식(b')을 가지는 적당한 화합물의 알킬화를 포함하는 구조식(I)의 4급염을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식(I)에서R은 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타내며,R1은 할로, 메톡시, C1-C4알킬티오, 벤질티오 또는 디메틸아미노기를 나타내고; R2는 수소, 페녹시, 페닐티오, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, 페닐 또는 할로로 일치환된 페닐, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시를 나타내며; R3는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 할로를 나타내며; E는 피리디늄염을 형성할 수 있는 음이온을 나타내고; n은 정수 1 내지 3을 나타낸다.구조식(III)에서R1, R2및 R3는 위에서 정의된 바와 같다.구조식(b')에서R, R2및 R3또한 위에서 정의된 바와 같다.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
