Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템에 관한것으로 종래의 탑승자 하차 경보시스템은 운전자가 비상등 버튼을 눌러서 비상등을 점멸시켜 후방차량이나 오토바이에 경보신호를 보냈었다 자동차 좌석에 설치된 안전벨트 버클과 클립의 체결여부에 따라서 온.오프 되는 안전벨트스위치와 안전벨트스위치에서 입력되는 체결신호에 의해서 비상등을 제어하는 제어부 제어부의 신호에 의해서 점멸하는 비상등을 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템이다

자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템{omitted}
본 발명은 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템에 관한것으로 더욱 상세하게는 자동차의 비상등을 점멸하여 운전자나 탑승자가 하차 한다는것을 후방차량에 경보신호를 보내는것에 관한것이다
일반적으로 자동차의 탑승자가 하차 하려고 할때 운전자가 비상등 버튼을 눌러서 비상등을 점멸하여 후방차량에 경보신호를 보냈었다
이처럼 자동차의 운전자나 탑승자가 하차시 비상등 버튼을 눌러 비상등을 점멸시키는 번거로운 문제가 있었다
운전자가 탑승자를 하차시키기 위해서 도로에서 정차하면 뒤따라오던 후방차량과 추돌사고의 위험이 있었다
또한 이륜자동차인 오토바이는 전방차량이 정차하면 인도와 전방자동차 사이의 공간으로 추월하는 경향이 있었다
이처럼 이륜차인 오토바이가 자동차와 인도사이로 주행할때 자동차의 조수석이나 뒷좌석에서 탑승자가 하차하려고 차문을 열다가 오토바이와 자동차의 문짝과 충돌하는 문제가 있었다
본 발명은 후방차량이나 이륜차인 오토바이와의 추돌사고를 방지하기 위해서 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템을 제공하는데 있는것이다
본 발명은 자동차 운전자나 탑승자가 착용하는 안전벨트에 부착된 안전벨트스위치를 이용해서 운전자나 탑승자가 자동차가 저속주행이나 정지시 안전벨트 체결을 풀면 제어부와 연동하여 비상등을 점멸하는 구조로 이루어진것에 특징이 있다
본 발명은 운전자나 탑승자가 자동차가 저속주행이나 정지시에 하차를 하기위해서 안전벨트 체결을 풀면 안전벨트스위치와 제어부가 연동하여 비상등을 점멸시켜 후방차량이나 오토바이에 전방차량의 운전자나 탑승자가 하차 한다는 신호를 전달하여 추돌사고를 방지할수있다

본 발명과 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다
도1은 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템 구조도로서 자동차 좌석에 설치된 안전벨트에 구성된 버클과 클립의 체결에 의해서 온.오프 되는 안전벨트스위치(10)와 버클과 클립의 체결을 푸는 신호를 안전벨트스위치(10)에서 입력받아 비상등(30)을 점멸하는 제어부(20)와 제어부(20)의 신호에 의해서 작동하는 비상등(30)을 구비한다
상기와 같이 구성된 경보시스템은 자동차의 저속주행시와 정지시에 이루어 지는것이다

  1. 자동차 좌석에 설치되어 있는 안전벨트와 안전벨트의 버클과 클립의 체결 여부에 따라 온.오프 되는 안전벨트스위치(10) 안전벨트스위치(10)에서 입력되는 체결을 푸는 신호에 의해서 비상등(30)을 점멸하는 제어부(20) 제어부(20)의 신호에 의해서 점멸하는 비상등(30)으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 탑승자의 하차 경보시스템
