Claims (4)
- 2차 전지를 구동 전원으로 하는 전자 기기와 통신 네트워크를 통해 접속되고,
상기 전자 기기(機器)로부터, 상기 2차 전지의 성능 정보를 참조하는 성능 정보 취득부;
상기 2차 전지의 소정의 단위 기간에 있어서의 성능의 열화도의 변화량을 측정하는 열화 측정부;
상기 열화도의 변화량에 따라, 상기 단위 기간에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 사용료를 계산하는 요금 계산부;
상기 2차 전지의 성능의 단위 기간당의 열화도의 변화량에 기초하여, 소정의 장래 시점에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 열화도를 예측하는 열화 예측부
를 포함하고,
상기 성능 정보 취득부는, 정기적으로 상기 성능 정보를 취득하고,
상기 열화 측정부는, 정기적으로 취득되는 상기 성능 정보의 변화로부터 상기 열화도를 측정하고,
상기 요금 계산부는, 상기 단위 기간당의 청구액으로서, 상기 사용료를 계산하는, 2차 전지 관리 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 전지의 열화도의 예측에 기초하여, 소정의 단위 기간에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 사용료를 예측하는 요금 예측부
를 더 포함하고,
상기 성능 정보 취득부는, 상기 전자 기기로부터, 소정 시간이 경과할 때마다, 상기 2차 전지의 성능 정보를 참조하고,
상기 열화 예측부는, 제1 시점으로부터, 상기 제1 시점보다 후면서 현재 이전의 제2 시점까지의 상기 2차 전지의 열화 경향에 기초하여, 상기 제2 시점보다 후면서 장래의 제3 시점에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 열화도를 예측하고,
상기 요금 계산부는, 상기 제1 시점으로부터 상기 제2 시점까지의 상기 2차 전지의 사용료인 제1 요금을 계산하고,
상기 요금 예측부는, 상기 제2 시점부터 상기 제3 시점까지의 상기 2차 전지의 사용료인 제2 요금을 예측하는, 2차 전지 관리 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 예측된 사용료인 상기 제2 요금을 상기 전자 기기의 사용자에게 통지하는 요금 통지부
를 더 포함하고,
상기 열화 측정부는, 상기 제1 시점에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 제1 열화도와, 상기 제2 시점에 있어서의 상기 2차 전지의 제2 열화도의 차분값인 제1 차분값을 산출하고,
상기 요금 계산부는, 상기 제1 차분값에 기초하여 상기 제1 요금을 계산하고,
상기 열화 예측부는, 상기 제1 차분값에 기초하여 상기 제3 시점에서의 제3 열화도를 예측하고, 또한 상기 제2 열화도와 상기 제3 열화도의 차분값인 제2 차분값을 계산하고,
상기 요금 예측부는, 상기 제2 차분값에 기초하여 상기 제2 요금을 계산하는, 2차 전지 관리 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열화 측정부는, 정기적으로, 상기 2차 전지의 열화도를 측정하고,
상기 성능 정보 취득부가 상기 2차 전지의 성능 정보를 참조하는 주기와, 상기 열화 측정부가 상기 2차 전지의 열화도를 측정하는 주기는 동일하지 않은, 2차 전지 관리 장치.
