Abstract
Description
도 1은 삽입된 슬롯 절연체를 갖는 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 부분의 사시도이다.
도 2는 삽입된 슬롯 절연체 및 단부 플레이트를 갖는 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 부분의 사시도이다.
도 3은 삽입된 슬롯 절연체, 단부 플레이트, 및 슬롯 내에 삽입된 고정자 권선의 전기 전도체를 갖는 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 부분의 사시도이다.
도 4a는 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 종축을 따르는, 상기 고정자의 부분의 단면도이다.
도 4b는 반경방향 섹션 B-B에서, 도 4a에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 종축에 수직인 상기 고정자의 부분의 단면도이다.
도 4c는 반경방향 섹션 C-C에서, 이의 종축에 수직인 도 4a에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 일부의 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 고정자의 단부의 실시예의 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 고정자 제조 방법으로서, 이 방법은:
본체(1)를 제공하는 단계;- 본체는 회전자를 수용하기 위한 공동(12)과, 상기 본체(1)를 통하여 축방향으로 연장되고 권선의 전기 전도체(7)를 수용하기 위한 복수의 슬롯(2)을 가짐-;
각각의 슬롯 내부가 본체(1)로부터 전기적으로 절연되고 유밀 방식으로 형성되도록 슬롯 절연체(3)를 제공하는 단계;
본체(1)의 양측 단부 각각에 각각 하나의 단부 플레이트(4)를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
단부 플레이트(4)는 본체(1)에 유밀 방식으로 부착되고, 이에 따라 유체가 단부 플레이트(4)와 본체(1) 사이에서 본체(1)의 공동(12)에 도달할 수 없으며,
상기 단부 플레이트(4)는 반경방향 부분(5) 및 축방향 부분(6)을 갖고,
상기 축방향 부분(6)은 인서트(8)를 갖는, 고정자 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단부 플레이트(4)를 형성하는 단계는,
단부 플레이트(4)의 재료로 재료 섬유를 적어도 부분적으로 오버몰딩하여 부 플레이트(4)를 제조하는 단계로서, 상기 오버몰딩된 재료 섬유가 인서트(8)를 형성하는, 단계; 및
본체(1)의 양측 단부 각각에 각각 하나의 단부 플레이트(4)를 부착하는 단계를 포함하는, 고정자 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단부 플레이트(4)를 형성하는 단계는,
단부 플레이트(4)의 재료로 인서트(8)를 오버몰딩하여 단부 플레이트(4)를 제조하는 단계로서, 인서트(8)가 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합재를 포함하는, 단계; 및
본체(1)의 양측 단부 각각에 각각 하나의 단부 플레이트(4)를 부착하는 단계를 포함하는, 고정자 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
인서트(8)의 표면이 단부 플레이트(4)의 표면에 해당하는, 고정자 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단부 플레이트(4)를 형성하는 단계는,
단부 플레이트의 반경방향 부분(5)을 본체(1)의 해당 단부에 부착하는 단계;
상기 인서트를 단부 플레이트(4)의 반경방향 부분(5)에 부착하는 단계를 포함하는, 고정자 제조 방법. - 전기 구동 기계의 고정자로서,
상기 고정자는 본체(1)를 가지며,
상기 본체(1)는 회전자를 수용하기 위한 공동(12)과, 상기 본체(1)를 통하여 축방향으로 연장되고 권선의 전기 전도체(7)를 수용하기 위한 복수의 슬롯(2)을 가지며, 이들 슬롯의 내부는 본체(1)로부터 전기적으로 절연되고 유밀 방식으로 형성되며,
상기 고정자의 각각의 단부에 상기 본체(1)에 유밀 방식으로 부착된 각각 하나의 단부 플레이트(4)가 형성되고, 이에 따라 유체가 단부 플레이트(4)와 본체(1) 사이에서 본체(1)의 공동(12)에 도달할 수 없으며,
상기 단부 플레이트(4)는 반경방향 부분(5) 및 축방향 부분(6)을 갖고,
상기 축방향 부분(6)은 인서트(8)를 갖는, 전기 구동 기계의 고정자. - 제6항에 있어서,
인서트(8)는 단부 플레이트(4)의 재료로 오버몰딩된 재료 섬유를 포함하는, 전기 구동 기계의 고정자. - 제6항에 있어서,
인서트(8)는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합재를 포함하는, 전기 구동 기계의 고정자. - 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인서트(8)의 표면이 단부 플레이트(4)의 표면에 해당하는, 전기 구동 기계의 고정자. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인서트(8)는 단부 플레이트(4)의 축방향 부분(6)에 해당하는, 전기 구동 기계의 고정자.
