Claims (10)
- 탑커버 시트(2);
상기 탑커버 시트(2)를 관통하도록 배치되고, 서로 연결된 동 베이스부(12)와 알루미늄 베이스부(11)를 포함하며, 상기 동 베이스부(12)는 제1 베이스부(120)와 제1 컬럼부(121)를 포함하고, 상기 알루미늄 베이스부(11)는 제2 컬럼부(112)와 제3 컬럼부(113)를 포함하며, 상기 제2 컬럼부(112)와 상기 제1 컬럼부(121)의 직경은 동일하고, 상기 제1 컬럼부(121)와 상기 제2 컬럼부(112)의 단면이 연결되어 복합연결면을 형성하는 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1);
상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1)과 상기 탑커버 시트(2) 사이에 개재되고, 상기 복합연결면을 커버하여 밀봉하는 밀봉부재(3);
상기 탑커버 시트(2)의 상방에 배치되고, 상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1)이 관통되는 상부 사출 부재(4); 및
상기 탑커버 시트(2)의 하방에 배치되고, 상기 탑커버 시트(2)와 상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1) 사이에 개재되는 하부 사출 부재(5); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉부재(3)는 통형상을 갖는 제1 밀봉부(31)를 포함하되, 상기 제1 밀봉부(31)는 상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1)의 외부에 씌움 설치되고, 상기 제1 밀봉부(31)는 상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1)에 긴밀하게 부착되며, 상기 복합연결면은 상기 제1 밀봉부(31)에 의해 커버되어 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉부재(3)는 상기 제1 밀봉부(31)에 연결되고 링형상을 갖는 제2 밀봉부(32)를 포함하되, 상기 제2 밀봉부(32)의 하단면은 상기 제1 베이스부(120)의 상단면에 긴밀하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 밀봉부(31)와 상기 제2 밀봉부(32)는 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 파워 배터리 커버는 스탬핑 방식으로 상기 동-알루미늄 복합 포스트 터미널(1)을 고정하고, 스탬핑면은 상기 제3 컬럼부(113)의 상단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 파워 배터리 커버는 리벳팅 블록(6)을 포함하되, 상기 리벳팅 블록(6)은 상기 상부 사출 부재(4)의 상방에 배치되고, 상기 제3 컬럼부(113)의 상기 스탬핑면의 일단은 상기 리벳팅 블록(6)을 관통하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 리벳팅 블록(6)에는 동축으로 분포된 연통되는 제1 단차홀(61)과 제2 단차홀(62)이 배치되고, 상기 제3 컬럼부(113)는 상기 제1 단차홀(61)을 관통하도록 배치되며, 상기 제3 컬럼부(113)의 단부에는 외부로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 제1 단차홀(61) 내에 걸림 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 리벳팅 블록(6)에는 카운터보어 홀(63)이 배치되고, 상기 카운터보어 홀(63)은 상기 제1 단차홀(61) 및 상기 제2 단차홀(62)과 연통되고 동축으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 사출 부재(4)에는 수용홈을 배치되고, 상기 리벳팅 블록(6)은 상기 수용홈 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리 커버. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 파워 배터리 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 배터리.
