Claims (18)
- 開口部が形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの内部に収容され、正極板、負極板、及び、当該正極板と当該負極板との間に介設されるセパレータを含む、少なくとも1つの電極組立体と、
前記開口部と結合するキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレートの外側である上方に向かって突出する端子と、
前記キャッププレートの下部に位置し、前記キャッププレートと略平行な第1部分を有し、前記端子と前記電極組立体とを電気的に連結する集電体と、
前記集電体と前記電極組立体との間に介設され、前記集電体の前記第1部分の下面を覆う、絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記絶縁部材の一部領域は下方に向かって突出し、前記集電体と前記絶縁部材との間に、電解質が移動する経路である流路を形成する、
ことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 突出した形状を有する前記絶縁部材の一部領域は、前記流路の延伸方向に沿って傾いた形状を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電極組立体は、第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体を含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 突出した前記絶縁部材の一部領域は、第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体の位置を規制するように、前記第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体の間に位置するように設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体は、前記第1部分に対して折り曲げられて形成され、前記電極組立体と連結される第2部分を含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記集電体の前記第2部分の長手方向に沿って延設されたスカート部をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体の前記第1部分は、前記絶縁部材と前記端子との間に介設される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートと前記端子との間に介設され、前記キャッププレートと前記端子との間を電気的に絶縁するシーリング部材、をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記端子と結合する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 開口部が形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの内部に収容され、正極板、負極板、及び、当該正極板と当該負極板との間に介設されるセパレータを含む、少なくとも1つの電極組立体と、
前記開口部と結合するキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレートの外側である上方に向かって突出する端子と、
前記キャッププレートの下部に位置し、前記キャッププレートと略平行な第1部分、及び、前記第1部分に対して折り曲げられて形成される第2部分を有し、前記端子と前記電極組立体とを電気的に連結する集電体と、
前記集電体の前記第1部分の下面を覆い、液状の電解質が移動可能な流路が、前記第1部分の下面との間に形成される絶縁部材と、
を備える、二次電池。 - 前記流路を形成する前記絶縁部材の一部領域は、前記集電体の前記第1部分の下面との間に前記流路が形成されるように、下方に向かって突出した突出部を含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は、第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体を含み、突出した前記絶縁部材の一部領域は、前記第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体の間に位置するように設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 突出した前記絶縁部材の一部領域は、前記第1電極組立体及び第2電極組立体の上面と接触するように設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記流路は、傾斜を有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、
前記集電体の前記第2部分の長手方向に沿って延設されたスカート部、をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記端子と結合する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートと前記端子との間に配設されるシーリング部材、をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体及び前記端子のうちいずれか一方には、固定ホールが設けられ、他方には、前記固定ホールに結合される固定突起が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
