Claims (24)
- 복수의 서브-픽셀을 포함하는 픽셀영역 및 상기 픽셀영역을 둘러싼 주변영역을 포함하는 액정 패널에 있어서,
제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역에 배치되며 금속층을 포함하는 픽셀 어레이;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역에 배치되며, 상기 서브-픽셀 각각에 대응되도록 패터닝된 픽셀 전극;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 금속층과 동일한 물질로 형성된 금속층을 포함하는 게이트 구동부;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 금속층과 동일한 물질로 형성된 금속층을 포함하되, 적어도 하나의 개구부를 포함하는 공통전압 공급부;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역 및 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 게이트 구동부와 인접한 영역에서 상기 공통전압 공급부의 금속층과 전기적으로 연결된 공통전극 구조물;

상기 공통전극 구조물은,
투명성을 갖는 제1 공통전극층 및 상기 제1 공통전극층 상에 배치되며 불투명성을 갖는 제2 공통전극층을 포함하는 액정 패널.
- 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공통전극층은 투명 도전성 산화물로 구성되고,
상기 제2 공통전극층은 도전성 금속으로 구성되며,
상기 제1 공통전극층의 전기적 저항이 상기 제2 공통전극층의 전기적 저항보다 더 큰 것인 액정 패널.

- 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 배선의 폭은 상기 데이터 배선의 폭보다 더 넓으며,
상기 제2 공통전극층의 적어도 일부는 상기 게이트 배선과 중첩되어 상기 제1 방향으로 연장된 것인 액정 패널.
- 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 액정층을 둘러싸도록 배치되어 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판을 지지하되, 상기 공통전압 공급부의 개구부와 중첩되는 실링부재를 더 포함하는 액정 패널.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 블랙 매트릭스는 상기 주변영역에서 상기 제2 기판을 통해 상기 실링부재로 입사되는 광을 차광하는 액정 패널.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 공통전압 공급부는 상기 게이트 구동부와 인접하게 배치되어 상기 공통전극 구조물과 상기 공통전압 공급부와 전기적으로 연결되도록 하는 컨택부를 포함하며,
상기 컨택부는 상기 실링부재와 비중첩되는 액정 패널.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 공통전압 공급부는 상기 게이트 구동부와 인접하게 배치되어 상기 공통전극 구조물과 상기 공통전압 공급부이 전기적으로 연결되도록 하는 컨택부를 포함하며,
상기 컨택부의 적어도 일부는 상기 실링부재와 중첩되는 액정 패널.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 공통전극층은,
상기 픽셀영역에서 상기 주변영역에 배치된 상기 공통전압 공급부까지 연장되며,
상기 공통전압 공급부 및 상기 실링부재와 중첩되고, 상기 개구부와 비중첩되는 액정 패널.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 공통전압 공급부와 상기 게이트 구동부 사이에 배치되며, 적어도 일부가 상기 실링부재와 중첩되는 게이트 신호공급부; 및
상기 게이트 신호 공급부와 상기 게이트 구동부를 연결하는 게이트 연결부를 더 포함하며,
상기 게이트 연결부는 상기 공통전압 공급부와 상이한 금속층으로 구성되어 상기 공통전압 공급부와 전기적으로 절연된 액정 패널.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 공통전극 구조물은 패터닝된 공통전극 연결부를 포함하고,
상기 오버코팅층은 상기 게이트 구동부의 상기 제1 금속층이 노출된 제1 컨택홀 및 상기 제2 금속층이 노출된 제2 컨택홀을 포함하며,
상기 공통전극 연결부는 상기 제1 컨택홀을 통해 상기 제1 금속층과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 컨택홀을 통해 상기 제2 금속층과 전기적으로 연결된 액정 패널.
- 복수의 서브-픽셀을 포함하는 픽셀영역 및 상기 픽셀영역을 둘러싼 주변영역을 포함하는 액정 패널; 및
상기 액정 패널로 광원을 공급하는 광원부를 포함하되,
상기 액정 패널은,
제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역에 배치되며 금속층을 포함하는 픽셀 어레이;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역에 배치되며, 상기 서브-픽셀 각각에 대응되도록 패터닝된 픽셀 전극;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 금속층과 동일한 물질로 형성된 금속층을 포함하는 게이트 구동부;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 금속층과 동일한 물질로 형성된 금속층을 포함하되, 적어도 하나의 개구부를 포함하는 공통전압 공급부;
상기 제1 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역 및 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 게이트 구동부와 인접한 영역에서 상기 공통전압 공급부의 금속층과 전기적으로 연결된 공통전극 구조물;
상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역 및 상기 주변영역에 배치되며, 상기 서브-픽셀의 영역을 구분하도록 패터닝된 블랙 매트릭스; 및
상기 제2 기판의 일면 상의 상기 픽셀영역에 배치되며, 상기 서브-픽셀 각각에 대응되도록 형성된 컬러필터를 포함하는, 액정 표시 장치.
