Claims (3)
- 다수의 모듈(20)이 내장된 전기차용 배터리팩(10)을 위한 소염장치이고;
각각의 모듈(20)에 설치되는 내부 소염장치(30)와, 배터리팩(10)에 설치되는 외부 소염장치(50)로 구성되고;
상기 내부 소염장치(30)는, 소염을 위한 소염 메쉬와, 외부 가스의 유입은 방지하고 내부의 고압 가스는 배출 가능한 선택적 통기수단을 구비하며;
상기 외부 소염배기장치(50)는, 설정된 이상의 압력에 의하여 파열되는 파열디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 배터리팩 소염배기장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 선택적 통기수단은,
모듈의 상면 일부에 성형되는 통기성 상면부와, 상기 통기성 상면부의 상부에 설치되는 소염부재, 상기 소염부재 상에 설치되고 다수의 통기공을 구비하는 탑커버, 그리고 상기 탑커버의 저면에 지지되고 통기공에 대응하는 형상을 가지고 일부가 탑커버에 고정되는 길쉬트로 구성되고;
길쉬트는 하부에서 소염부재에 접촉하여 하방으로의 탄성 변형은 방지되고, 모듈 내부의 고압에 의하여 상방으로 탄성변형하여 내부의 고압 가스를 외부로 배기시키는 것이 가능한 전기차 배터리팩 소염배기장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 소염배기장치는, 소염을 위한 소염 메쉬를 더 포함하여 구성되는 전기차 배터리팩 소염배기장치.
