Claims (17)
- 유전체 비드;
상기 유전체 비드 상에 형성된 이산화탄소 흡수 코팅층을 포함하며,
상기 이산화탄소 흡수 코팅층은:
상기 유전체 비드의 일 영역 상에 형성된 이산화탄소 흡수층;
상기 이산화탄소 흡수층 상에 형성되고, 칼코겐화 금속을 포함하는 금속층; 및
상기 비드, 이산화탄소 흡수층 및 금속층을 감싸도록 형성된 유기화합물층을 포함하는 비드 타입의 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화탄소 흡수층은 소다라임, 제올라이트, 활성탄소 및 metal-organic framework(MOF)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은 순금속 및 산화물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,

상기 유기화합물은 bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA), alkanolamines, monoethanolamine, polyethyleneimine, diethanolamine, methyldiethanolamine, piperazine, etraethylenepentamine, entaethylenehexamine, diethylenetriamine, ethylenediamine, triethylenetetramine, triethanolamine, polyallylamine 및 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol 로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체. - 외기가 유입되는 유입구, 내기가 배출되는 배출구 및 상기 유입구와 배출구 사이에 형성된 수용부를 포함하는 챔버;
상기 수용부에 위치되며, 하나 또는 그 이상의 제 7 항의 비드 타입의 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체; 및
상기 챔버 내를 관통하며, 유입구로부터 배출구 방향으로 위치된 와이어 전극을 포함하는 플라즈마 반응기. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 와이어 전극의 표면은 나노핀(nanopin) 형태를 갖는 플라즈마 반응기. - 외기가 유입되는 유입구, 내기가 배출되는 배출구 및 상기 유입구와 배출구 사이에 형성된 수용부를 포함하는 챔버;
상기 수용부에 위치되며, 하나 또는 그 이상의 제 9 항의 비드 타입의 필터 복합체; 및
상기 유입구에 위치되며, 수용부 내로 이온을 공급하는 공기 이오나이저(air ionizor)를 포함하는 필터 장치. - 롤-투-롤(roll-to-roll) 공정으로서,
구형의 유전체 비드의 일 반구 상에 이산화탄소 흡수층, 금속층, 및 유기화합물층을 순차적으로 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 일 반구가 코팅된 유전체 비드의 타 반구 상에 이산화탄소 흡수층, 금속층, 및 유기화합물층을 순차적으로 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 코팅층이 형성된 유전체 비드에 광조사하여 상기 금속층을 칼코겐화하는 단계; 및
상기 코팅층이 형성된 유전체 비드 상의 용매를 제거하고, 코팅층이 형성된 유전체 비드를 세척하고 건조하는 후처리단계를 포함하는 이산화탄소 흡수 복합체의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화탄소 흡수층은 소다라임, 제올라이트, 활성탄소 및 metal-organic framework(MOF)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은 순금속 및 산화물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 순금속은 Ru, Rh, Pt, Pd, Au, Ag, Cu, Ni, Ir, Sn, Gd, Sm, La, Zr 및 Mg로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물은 CeO2, ZrO2, Y2O3, TiO2, Ni2O3, Fe2O3, Co3O4, MgO, CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, La2O3 및 Ga2O3로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은 금속산화물을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 유기화합물은 BSA, HSA, alkanolamines, monoethanolamine, polyethyleneimine, diethanolamine, methyldiethanolamine, piperazine, etraethylenepentamine, entaethylenehexamine, diethylenetriamine, ethylenediamine, triethylenetetramine, triethanolamine, polyallylamine 및 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol 로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제조 방법.
