그 결과, 도 4에 나타난 바와 같이 노랑느타리버섯 추출물 75 μg/mL와 닥나무 가지 추출물 125 μg/mL의 혼합 추출물(Y75 P125)을 처리한 경우 세포 노화 저해효과가 우수하여 노랑느타리버섯과 닥나무 가지 혼합 추출물의 혼합비가 3 : 5인 경우 세포 노화 저해 효과가 뛰어난 것으로 나타났으며 상기 혼합비 외에 노랑느타리버섯 추출물과 닥나무 가지 추출물의 혼합비가 1:3, 3:5, 5:3, 3:1 및 7:1 인 처리군에서도 우수한 세포 노화 저해효과를 나타내어, 본 발명의 노랑느타리버섯 추출물과 닥나무 가지 추출물의 혼합 추출물은 각각의 단독 추출물보다 뛰어난 세포 노화 저해효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
