본 발명에 따르면, 벼 유래의 OsPHS5 유전자가 형질전환된 식물체는 야생형 식물체에 비해 수발아 저항성이 증진되므로, 이를 이용하면 이상기후로 인해 수발아 피해 위험성이 높아진 불량환경 하에서도 강하게 자랄 수 있는 식물체 개발 및 작물의 생산성 증대에 효과적이며, 환경 스트레스 내성 작물 개발 플랫폼 구축에도 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 식물의 수발아 저항성을 증진시키는 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 OsPHS5 유전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 벼(Oryza sativa) 유래의 것인, 유전자.
- 제1항의 유전자를 포함하는, 재조합 벡터.
- 제1항의 유전자 또는 제3항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체.
- 제3항의 재조합 벡터를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 벡터를 식물체에 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는,
수발아 저항성이 증진된 형질전환 식물체의 제조방법. - 제1항의 유전자 또는 제3항의 재조합 벡터를 식물체에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 식물체의 수발아 저항성을 증진시키는 방법.
- 제3항의 재조합 벡터를 포함하는 식물체의 수발아 저항성 증진용 조성물.
