Claims (57)
- 고무 조성물로서,
고무 구성성분; 및
수크로스 지방산 에스터, 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터, 스티렌화된 수크로스 지방산 에스터, 스티렌화된 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 식물유계 구성성분을 포함하는, 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 석유 가공유가 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 식물유계 구성성분으로 치환된, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식물유는 대두유, 카놀라유, 옥수수유, 아마인유, 유채씨유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 톨유 및 동유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수크로스 지방산 에스터는 수크로스 소이에이트를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수크로스 소이에이트는 수크로스 옥타소이에이트를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 저분자량 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 폴리[(2-비닐옥시)에틸 소이에이트], 폴리[(4-비닐옥시)부틸 소이에이트] 및 폴리(2-(1--프로펜일)옥시에틸 소이에이트) 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식물유를 더 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 구성성분은 천연 고무(NR), 스티렌 부타다이엔 고무(SBR), 아이소프렌 고무(IR), 부타다이엔 고무(BR), 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EDM/EPDM), 부틸 고무(IIR), 브로모부틸 고무(BIIR), 클로로프렌 고무(CR), 나이트릴 고무(NBR) 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강 충전제를 더 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 보강 충전제는 카본 블랙, 실리카 입자, 미네랄 충전제 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제, 항산화제, 윤활제, 가황제, 가소제, 추가적인 가공 보조제 및 가속화제 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석유계 가공유를 포함하는 가공 보조제를 더 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가황 고무 화합물인, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가황 이전의 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 식물유계 비닐 에터 지방산 에스터와 적어도 1종의 비닐 에터 공단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 식물유계 비닐 에터 지방산 에스터와, 말레산 무수물, 아크릴로나이트릴, 메타크릴로나이트릴, 푸마르산, 다이메틸 푸마레이트 및 다이메틸 말레에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 공단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 폴리MA-2VOES 또는 폴리MA-4-VOBS 또는 둘 모두를 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물유계 구성성분의 양은 적어도 5중량%, 적어도 15중량%, 적어도 25중량%, 적어도 40중량% 또는 적어도 50중량%인, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비충전(unfilled) 고무 화합물인, 고무 조성물.
- 석유계 가공유(PPO) 중 전부 또는 일부가 수크로스 지방산 에스터 및 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 식물유계 구성성분으로 치환 또는 대체된, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 1종의 식물유계 구성성분은 스티렌화된 식물유인, 고무 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분은 스티렌화된 식물유계 폴리에스터인, 고무 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌화된 식물유계 폴리에스터는 스티렌화된 수크로스 소이에이트인, 고무 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분은 스티렌화된 식물유계 비닐 에터인, 고무 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌화된 식물유계 비닐 에터는 스티렌화된 폴리 [2-(비닐옥시) 에틸 소이에이트]인, 고무 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 고무 조성물은 상기 고무 구성성분 100부당 약 20부 내지 100부당 60부의 상기 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 고무 조성물은 상기 고무 구성성분 100부당 약 35부 내지 100부당 50부의 상기 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 비충전 고무 조성물인, 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강 충전제를 더 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 보강 충전제는 카본 블랙, 실리카 입자, 점토 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 고무 조성물.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법:
적어도 1종의 고무 구성성분을 수크로스 지방산 에스터 및 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 식물유계 재료를 포함하는 제1 가공 보조제와 블렌딩하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
적어도 1종의 첨가제를 상기 혼합물 중에 블렌딩하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 가황에 적용하여 상기 고무 화합물을 산출하는 단계. - 제32항에 있어서, 가황 전에 보강 충전제를 상기 혼합물 중에 블렌딩하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 보강 충전제는 카본 블랙, 실리카 입자, 미네랄 충전제 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 고무 구성성분 및 상기 제1 가공 보조제를 석유계 가공유(PPO)를 포함하는 제2 가공 보조제와 블렌딩하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식물유는 대두유, 카놀라유, 옥수수유, 아마인유, 유채씨유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 톨유 및 동유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수크로스 지방산 에스터는 수크로스 소이에이트를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 수크로스 소이에이트는 수크로스 옥타소이에이트를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 저분자량 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제39항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 폴리[(2-비닐옥시)에틸 소이에이트], 폴리[(4-비닐옥시)부틸 소이에이트] 및 폴리(2-(1--프로펜일)옥시에틸 소이에이트) 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 적어도 1종의 식물유를 상기 혼합물 중에 블렌딩하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 구성성분은 천연 고무(NR), 스티렌 부타다이엔 고무(SBR), 아이소프렌 고무(IR), 부타다이엔 고무(BR), 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EDM/EPDM), 부틸 고무(IIR), 브로모부틸 고무(BIIR), 클로로프렌 고무(CR), 나이트릴 고무(NBR) 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 안정화제, 항산화제, 윤활제, 가황제, 가소제, 추가적인 가공 보조제 및 가속화제 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 식물유계 비닐 에터 지방산 에스터와 적어도 1종의 비닐 에터 공단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(비닐 에터) 지방산 에스터는 식물유계 비닐 에터 지방산 에스터와, 말레산 무수물, 아크릴로나이트릴, 메타크릴로나이트릴, 푸마르산, 다이메틸 푸마레이트 및 다이메틸 말레에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 공단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 폴리MA-2VOES 또는 폴리MA-4-VOBS 또는 둘 모두를 포함하는, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제32항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식물유계 구성성분의 양은 적어도 5중량%, 적어도 15중량%, 적어도 25중량%, 적어도 40중량% 또는 적어도 50중량%인, 고무 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법으로서,
스티렌 및 개시제를 포함하는 제1 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 조성물을, 식물유, 식물유계 화합물 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 제2 조성물과 배합하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1 조성물 및 상기 제2 조성물은 서서히 배합되는, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법. - 제48항에 있어서, 상기 제1 조성물은 상당한 양의 상기 식물유, 식물유계 화합물 또는 이들의 조합물을 더 포함하는, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법.
- 제48항 또는 제49항에 있어서, 상기 제2 조성물은 적어도 약 125℃의 온도인, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법.
- 제48항 또는 제49항에 있어서, 상기 제2 조성물은 약 150℃의 온도인, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법.
- 제48항 또는 제49항에 있어서, 상기 제1 조성물은 상기 제2 조성물에 첨가되는, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법.
- 제48항 또는 제49항에 있어서, 상기 제1 조성물 및 상기 제2 조성물을 배합하는 상기 단계는 적어도 약 3시간이 소요되는, 스티렌화된 식물유 구성성분의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제54항에 있어서, 성형품인, 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 포함하는 타이어.
