Claims (6)
- 열원 매체와 액상의 중간 매체 사이에서의 열교환에 의해 상기 중간 매체의 적어도 일부를 증발시키는 중간 매체 증발부와,
상기 중간 매체 증발부에서 증발된 중간 매체를 응축시킴으로써, 저온 액화 가스를 기화시켜 가스를 유출시키는 액화 가스 기화부를 구비하고,
상기 액화 가스 기화부는, 중간 매체의 유로인 제1 유로를 갖는 제1 유로층과 저온 액화 가스의 유로인 제2 유로를 갖는 제2 유로층이 적층된 적층체를 갖는 적층형 열교환기에 의해 구성되며,
상기 적층형 열교환기는, 상기 제1 유로 내를 상기 중간 매체가 중력으로 흘러내리도록, 상기 제1 유로가 상하 방향 또는 상하 방향에 대해서 경사진 방향으로 연장되는 자세로 설치되어 있는, 중간 매체식 기화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액화 가스 기화부에는, 상기 제1 유로의 하류측에 있어서 액상의 중간 매체가 저류되는 액체 저장소가 설치되어 있는, 중간 매체식 기화기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 액체 저장소와 상기 중간 매체 증발부에 고인 액상의 중간 매체의 액면을 연결하는 액밀봉관을 더 구비하고,
상기 중간 매체 증발부는, 상기 액화 가스 기화부의 하측에 위치하고 있는, 중간 매체식 기화기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중간 매체 증발부는, 상기 중간 매체를 수용하는 셸을 갖고,
상기 액화 가스 기화부는, 상기 중간 매체 증발부의 셸 내에 배치되어 있는, 중간 매체식 기화기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중간 매체 증발부와 상기 액화 가스 기화부를 접속하는 순환용 배관을 더 구비하고,
상기 중간 매체 증발부는, 상기 중간 매체를 수용하는 셸을 갖고,
상기 액화 가스 기화부는, 상기 중간 매체 증발부의 셸 외에 마련되어 있으며,
상기 순환용 배관은, 상기 중간 매체 증발부의 셸과 상기 액화 가스 기화부를 접속하고 있는, 중간 매체식 기화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층형 열교환기는, 마이크로 채널 열교환기인, 중간 매체식 기화기.
