Abstract

본 발명은 운전자가 운행 중이나 정차할 시에 자동차 내부에 위치한 애니메이션 레이저광 장치가 자동차 전면과 후면 창문에 발광하여 주행차량 뒤에 따라오는 자동차가 보고 위기나 비상상황에 빠르게 대처할 수 있도록 고안된 자동차 레이저 경고장치에 관한 것이다.

자동차 레이저 경고장치{LASER WARNING SYSTEM FOR A CAR}
본 고안은 레이저로 자동차 전면과 후면유리에 각 상황에 맞춰 전방과 후방 차량에 경고함으로써 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고 경고메시지를 레이저로 세팅하여 상황에 맞춘 시스템을 개시한다.
갓길 주정차 사고가 빈번하게 발생되고 있다. 고속도로에서 운행중이든 차량이 고장나거나 충돌사고로 인해 도로 갓길로 대피하였을 때 2차, 3차 연쇄충돌 사고가 빈번하게 발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 안전장비를 도로에 설치하는 시간이 소요되어 추가적인 위험이 우려되고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 갓길에 비상정차하기 전, 또는 운행중 비상상황을 눈에 띄게 레이저광으로 발현하여 사고나 위험시 경고메세지를 빠르게 구현하는데 그 목적이 있다.
레이저 광을 발생하는 장치 중 하나로 나이트클럽 조명장치와 레이져쇼 캐릭터를 구현하는 장치 중 하나인 미니 애니메이션 레이저 광과 자동차 키의 센서를 결합하여 원하는 캐릭터를 컴퓨터나 핸드폰으로 선택하여 입력 후 원하는 레이저 메세지를 구현해 내는 것이 달성되게 한다.
이때 레이저광의 색깔은 녹색의 기본 레이저 광을 기본으로 하고, 여기에 색깔변경과 애니메이션 장치를 포함하면 2D또는 3D의 애니메이션 레이저 광을 구현해내게 된다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명은 자동차 경고메세지를 레이저로 발현하여 주변 광이나 반사장치 없이 주변 광에 영향을 받지 않고 선명하게 메시지를 발현시킬 수 있어 안전하고 신속하게 경고메세지를 전면과 후면차량에 효과적으로 표시가 가능하여 사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하면서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 특징과 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 하며, 도면 부호에 관계없이 동일하거나 대응하는 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조 번호를 부여하고, 이에 대하여 중복되는 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
도1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 발현 예이고, 도2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 설치 설명도이고, 도3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치 구현설명도이고, 도4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 고장메세지 실시예이고, 도5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 도난메세지 실시예이다.
자동차 레이저 경고장치는 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(11)를 포함하며 레이저(12)와 선택 메시지 레이저(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
레이저의 발광은 전면과 후면 동시에 발광할 수 있으며 사용자의 요구에 따라 한쪽만 선택해서 발광이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하며, 그 설치방법은 조정이 가능하다.
도1의 설명에 따르면 본 발명에 있어서 자동차 레이저 경고장치의 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(11)의 설치 위치는 자동차 상단에 위치하며 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(11)에 의해 구현되어 발생된 선택메시지 레이저(13)의 크기는 전면과 후면 유리의 사이즈에 맞춰 표시되는 것을 기본으로 하며 크기조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
차량에 설치된 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(13)의 위치는 자동차 상단에만 제한하지 않으며 사용자의 요구에 따라 표현하고자 하는 여러 위치에 선택하여 설치가 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
자동차 레이저 경고장치의 모델은 도3의 미니 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(11)의 형태이나 그 크기나 모양은 변형 및 조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
자동차 레이저 경고장치의 경고메세지는 컴퓨터나 핸드폰으로 선택이 가능하며 애니메이션 레이저 광 장치(11)의 입력단자에 연결되어 선택 및 변경이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
선택된 선택메세지 레이저(13)는 핸드폰이나 자동차 키의 뒷면, 별도의 리모컨으로 작동이 가능하며, 그 메시지와 형태는 확장 및 변경이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
자동차 레이저 경고장치의 도난메세지는 도5와 같이 표시되며, 이 기능은 자동차키가 분실되거나 경고벨이 울리거나 소유주 아닌 다른 사람이 강제로 문을 개방했을 경우에 자동차키나 핸드폰의 설정에 의해 경고메세지가 발현하여 추가적인 손실을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 그 발현이나 구성의 형식은 기술적인 형태에 따라 변경 및 조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
선택메세지 레이저(13)는 짧은 시간에 테두리 및 글자를 반복적으로 정해진 속도에 맞춰 깜빡이는 것을 특징으로 하여 뒷 차량이 빠르게 간파할 수 있게 한다.
구현된 선택 메시지 레이저(13)의 색상은 기본적으로 녹색과 빨간색을 띄나 천연색의 3차원 동영상을 전달할 수 있는 애니메이션 콘텐트 기술과 3차원 구조체가 결합되면 여러 색상에 움직이는 영상을 구현이 가능하며 색 재현율이 가능하다.
본 발명의 기술 사상은 상기 바람직한 실시 예에 따라 구체적으로 기술되었으나, 상기한 실시 예는 그 설명을 위한 것으로 상기 설명된 실시 예에 제한하는 것은 아님을 명시한다. 본 발명의 기술분야의 통상의 전문가라면 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위 내에서 다양한 실시 예가 가능함을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
