Claims (10)
- 강염기성을 가지는 제1칼슘염 및 약염기성을 가지는 제2칼슘염을 포함하고,
하기 [식 1] 및 [식 2]를 만족하는 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물.
[식 1]
0.5 ≤ (a1+a2)/b1 ≤ 1.0 and 0 < b1 ≤ 0.5
(이때, a1은 제1칼슘염의 몰농도(M), a2는 제2칼슘염의 몰농도(M), b1은 불산 폐수 내의 불소의 몰농도(M)이다.)
[식 2]
pHA - pHB ≥ 3
(이때, pHA는 반응 초기의 불산 폐수의 pH이고, pHB는 반응 6시간 후의 불산 폐수의 pH이다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물은 중성을 가지는 제3칼슘염을 더 포함하고,
상기 제3칼슘염의 용해도는 상기 제1칼슘염 및 상기 제2칼슘염의 용해도보다 크고,
하기 [식 1-1]을 만족하는 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물.
[식 1-1]
0.5 ≤ (a1+a2+a3)/b1 ≤ 1.0 and 0 < b1 ≤ 0.5
(이때, a1은 제1칼슘염의 몰농도(M), a2는 제2칼슘염의 몰농도(M), a3은 제3칼슘염의 몰농도(M), b1은 불산 폐수 내의 불소의 몰농도(M)이다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물은 하기 [식 3]을 만족하는 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물.

0.15 ≤ a2/(a1+a2) ≤ 0.96
(이때, a1은 제1칼슘염의 몰농도(M), a2는 제2칼슘염의 몰농도(M)이다.) - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물은 하기 [식 3-1]을 만족하는 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물.
[식 3-1]
0.005 ≤ a3/(a1+a2+a3) ≤ 0.05 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 [식 2]의 pHB는 7.5 내지 8.0인 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물. - 불산 폐수 내의 불소의 몰농도 b1을 측정하는 측정단계;
몰농도가 a1인 수산화칼슘 수용액과 몰농도가 a2인 탄산칼슘 수용액을 혼합하여 (a1+a2)/b1 가 0.5 내지 1.0인 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합단계; 및
상기 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물을 불산 폐수에 투입하여 초기 pH보다 3이상 낮아진 pH 하에서 교반하여 불산 폐수 내의 불소를 CaF2 형태로 침전시켜 제거하는 침전단계를 포함하는 불산 폐수 처리방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계는 몰농도가 a1인 수산화칼슘 수용액과 몰농도가 a2인 탄산칼슘 수용액에 몰농도가 a3인 질산칼슘 수용액을 더 혼합하여 (a1+a2+a3)/b1 가 0.5 내지 1.0인 불산 폐수 처리용 혼합물을 제조하는 단계인 불산 폐수 처리방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계는 a2/(a1+a2)가 0.15 내지 0.96이 되도록 탄산칼슘 수용액 및 수산화칼슘 수용액을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함한 불산 폐수 처리방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계는 a3/(a1+a2+a3)가 0.005 내지 0.05가 되도록 질산칼슘 수용액을 더 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계인 불산 폐수 처리방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 불산 폐수 처리 후 황산 반토(Al(SO4)3, alum)를 이용한 응집 침전 단계의 2단 처리를 더 포함하거나, 상기의 2단 처리 후 희토류 금속을 이용한 침전 단계의 3단 처리를 더 포함하는 불산 폐수 처리 방법.
