Claims (23)

- MSC 세포 집단으로부터 적어도 CD105 및 CD34 를 동시-발현하는 세포의 아집단을 농축함을 포함하는, 적어도 CD105 및 CD34 를 동시-발현하는 MSC 세포를 수득하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법:
(a) 대상의 샘플로부터 MSC 세포를 단리하는 단계;

- 인간 기원인, 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항의 MSC 세포, 또는 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항, 제 17 항 또는 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항의 골 형성 세포.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 9 항, 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 MSC 세포, 및/또는 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항, 제 17 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 골 형성 세포를 포함하는 세포 집단.
- 골-관련 장애의 치료에 이용하기 위한, 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 9 항, 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 MSC 세포 및/또는 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항, 제 17 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 골 형성 세포, 또는 제 20 항의 세포 집단.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 9 항, 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 MSC 세포 및/또는 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항, 제 17 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 골- 형성 세포, 또는 제 20 항의 세포 집단, 및 하나 이상의 약학적으로 수용가능한 담체/부형제를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
