Claims (7)
- 데옥시사이티딘 생성능을 갖는 대장균 변이균주로서, 데옥시사이티딘 분해경로의 유전자인 deoA와 udp가 제거되고 dTTP(deoxythymidine triphosphate) 합성을 위한 탈아미노화(deamination) 경로의 유전자인 dcd와 cdd가 제거되어 티미딘으로의 분기경로가 차단되고, 티미딘 신생경로의 유전자인 thyA가 결실된 대장균 변이균주 BLdudcT.
- 데옥시사이티딘 생성능을 갖고, 제1항의 변이균주로부터 형질전환된 대장균 변이균주로서, carAB의 억제 유전자인 purR, pepA 및 argR이 결실된 대장균 변이균주 BLdudcRPAT.
- 데옥시사이티딘 생성능을 갖고, 제2항의 변이균주로부터 형질전환된 대장균 변이균주로서, 사이토신(cytosine)을 우라실(uracil)로 전환시키는 효소 유전자인 codA 및 데옥시사이티딘을 사이토신으로 전환시키는 효소 유전자인 deoD가 결실된 대장균 변이균주 BLdudcRPADAT.
- 데옥시사이티딘 생성능을 갖고, 제1항의 변이균주로부터 UTP(uridine triphosphate)를 CTP(cytidine triphosphate)로 아미노화(amination)시키는 유전자인 pyrG 및 dCMP(deoxycytidine monophosphate)에서 포스페이트(phosphate)를 가수분해하여 데옥시사이티딘으로 전환시키는 유전자인 yfbR이 형질도입된 대장균 변이균주 BLdudcT-2.
- 데옥시사이티딘 생성능을 갖고, 제2항의 변이균주로부터 UTP(uridine triphosphate)를 CTP(cytidine triphosphate)로 아미노화(amination)시키는 유전자인 pyrG 및 dCMP(deoxycytidine monophosphate)에서 포스페이트(phosphate)를 가수분해하여 데옥시사이티딘으로 전환시키는 유전자인 yfbR이 형질도입된 대장균 변이균주 BLdudcRPAT-2.
