Claims (4)
- 2매의 금속판을 겹친 부재에 대하여, 상기 부재의 일방의 면측의 금속판에 용접 전극을 가압하면서 눌러 붙이고, 상기 부재의 타방의 면측의 금속판에는 상기 용접 전극과 떨어진 위치에 급전 단자를 장착하고, 상기 용접 전극과 상기 급전 단자 사이에서 통전하여 용접을 하는 인다이렉트 스폿 용접 방법에 있어서,
상기 용접 전극의 전극 선단부는 상기 용접 전극의 최선단을 포함하고, 그 최선단 측에서 보아, 그 최선단을 중심으로 반경(R)(㎜)인 원의 범위 내에 위치하는 곡률 반경(r1)(㎜)의 제1 곡면과, 그 제1 곡면의 주위에 위치하는 곡률 반경(r2)(㎜)의 제2 곡면으로 구성되는 2단의 돔 모양이며, 아래 (1) ~ (3) 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인다이렉트 스폿 용접 방법.

상기 통전하는 전류값에 대해서는 통전 개시부터 종료까지 일정하고, 상기 용접 전극의 가압력에 관해서는, 통전 개시부터 2개의 시간대(t1, t2)로 구분하고, 최초의 시간대(t1)에서는 가압력(F1)으로 가압한 후, 다음 시간대(t2)에서는 F1보다도 낮은 가압력(F2)으로 가압하는 인다이렉트 스폿 용접 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접 전극의 가압력 및 상기 통전하는 전류값에 관해서, 통전 개시부터 2개의 시간대(t1, t2)로 구분하고, 최초의 시간대(t1)에서는 가압력(F1)으로 가압하고, 또한, 전류값(C1)으로 통전한 후, 다음 시간대(t2)에서는 F1보다도 낮은 가압력(F2)으로 가압하고, 또한, C1보다도 높은 전류값(C2)으로 통전하는 인다이렉트 스폿 용접 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접 전극의 가압력에 관해서, 통전 개시부터 2개의 시간대(tF1, tF2)로 구분하고, 최초의 시간대(tF1)에서는 가압력(F1)으로 가압한 후, 다음의 시간대(tF2)에서는 F1보다도 낮은 가압력(F2)으로 가압하고,
상기 통전하는 전류값에 관해서는, 시간대(tF1, tF2)와는 독립하여, 통전 개시부터 2개의 시간대(tC1, tC2)로 구분하고, 최초의 시간대(tC1)에서는 전류값(C1)으로 통전한 후, 다음의 시간대(tC2)에서는 C1보다도 높은 전류값(C2)으로 통전하는 인다이렉트 스폿 용접 방법.
