Claims (3)
- 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판을 950℃ 이상 1030℃ 미만의 소둔목표온도에서 0 내지 120 초의 균열유지시간 동안 열처리하는 소둔 열처리 단계를 포함하고,
상기 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판은 Cr: 13-15중량%, Si: 0.8-1.0중량%, Nb: 0.1-0.5중량%, Ti: 0.1-0.3중량%, Mn: 0.3-1.0중량%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불순물을 포함하며,
상기 소둔 열처리 단계의 소둔목표온도 및 균열유지시간은 하기 식 1 및 2를 만족하도록 제어하는 고 Si함유 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔방법.

단, 상기 식 1 및 2에 있어서, X = 소둔목표온도(℃), Y = 균열유지시간(초)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소둔 열처리된 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판은 표면입도가 8 이하(0 제외)인 고 Si함유 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소둔 열처리된 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 Si 산화물 층 두께는 80nm이하(0제외)인 고 Si함유 페라이트계 스테인리스 냉연강판의 소둔방법.
