Claims (3)

사탕수수를 분쇄하여 고온 가압 후 원심분리하여 설탕을 추출하고 남은 폐기물인 당밀을 준비하는 단계;
상기 준비된 당밀 100에 대하여 쌀가루 30중량부, 맥반석 3.7중량부, 천일염 2.5중량부, 천연소재의 밀랍 3.8중량부로 혼합되는 첨가물만 우선 혼합하여 30℃∼40℃의 온도에서 1주간 숙성시키는 단계;
상기 첨가물을 1주일간 숙성시킨 후 상기 준비된 당밀에 첨가물가 침지되도록하여 24시간 동안 숙성시키는 단계;
상기 첨가물이 혼합되어 24시간 숙성된 당밀을 펠릿 성형기를 통하여 펠릿으로 성형하는 단계;
상기 성형된 펠릿을 18℃이하의 저온 창고에서 12∼24시간 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 펠릿을 정해진 규격으로 포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당밀 펠릿 제조 방법.
