Claims (15)
- 날개모양 섬유(winged fiber)에 있어서, 상기 날개모양 섬유는 중앙 구역부(middle region)를 포함하는 횡단면을 가진 내부 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 중앙 구역부는 중앙 구역부로부터 중앙 구역부의 주변부(periphery)를 따라 연장되는 16 내지 32개의 돌기를 가지며, 100, 000 cm2/g 내지 1, 000, 000cm2/g의 비표면적을 가지고, 상기 돌기들은 200 나노미터 내지 300 나노미터의 폭을 가진 채널을 형성하며;
- 용해가능하며 내부 섬유를 둘러싼 외부 쉬쓰(sheath)를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 내부 섬유는 열가소성 폴리머(thermoplastic polymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 균일하게 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유의 중앙 구역부 또는 종방향 축으로부터 연장되는 돌기들은 날개모양 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 섬유의 횡단면은 1 마이크로미터 내지 100 마이크로미터의 횡단면 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 섬유의 횡단면은 1 마이크로미터 내지 100 마이크로미터의 횡단면 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 데니어는 1.0 내지 20.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 140, 000 cm2/g 이상의 비표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 구역부는 중앙부(center)에 빈 공간(void)을 포함하는 원형 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용해가능한 외부 쉬쓰는 폴리액타이드(polyactide, PLA), 코-폴리에스테르(co-polyester), 폴리비닐 알코올(polyvinil alcohol, PVA) 또는 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 코폴리머(ethyene-vinil alcohol copolymer, EVOH)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유.
- 날개모양 섬유에 있어서,
상기 날개모양 섬유는
- 열가소성 폴리머로 형성된 내부 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 내부 섬유는 종방향 축을 포함하는 횡단면을 가지고, 상기 종방향축은 종방향축으로부터 종방향축의 주변부를 따라 연장되는 16개의 돌기 내지 32개의 돌기를 가지며, 상기 돌기들은 200 나노 미터 내지 300 나노미터의 폭을 가진 채널을 형성하고;
- 용해가능한 폴리머로 형성된 외부 쉬쓰를 포함하며, 상기 외부 쉬쓰는 내부 섬유를 둘러싸고,
상기 내부 섬유는 1 마이크로미터 내지 100 마이크로미터의 횡단면 길이와 1 마이크로미터 내지 100 마이크로미터의 횡단면 폭을 가지며,
상기 내부 섬유는 100, 000 cm2/g 내지 1, 000, 000 cm2/g 의 비표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유. - 날개모양 섬유에 있어서,
상기 날개모양 섬유의 횡단면은 중앙 구역부를 포함하고, 상기 중앙 구역부는 16개의 돌기 내지 32개의 돌기 및 16개의 채널 내지 32개의 채널을 가지고, 상기 돌기들은 중앙 구역부로부터 중앙 구역부의 주변부를 따라 연장되며, 상기 돌기들은 채널들을 형성하며, 상기 채널들은 균일하게 이격되고 상기 채널들은 200 나노 미터 내지 300 나노미터의 채널폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개모양 섬유. - 직물 제품에 있어서, 상기 직물 제품은 이성분 섬유(bicomponent fiber)를 포함하는 섬유 매개체(fiber media)를 포함하고, 상기 이성분 섬유는 16개의 돌기 내지 32개의 돌기와 용해가능한 쉬쓰를 가지며, 상기 돌기들은 채널들을 형성하고, 상기 채널들은 200 나노 미터 내지 300 나노미터의 채널 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 매개체는 부직 재료(non-woven material)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 제품.
- 직물 제품에 있어서, 상기 직물 제품은 섬유를 포함하는 섬유 매개체를 포함하고, 상기 섬유는 중앙 구역부를 포함하는 횡단면을 가지며, 상기 중앙 구역부는 중앙 구역부로부터 중앙 구역부의 주변부를 따라 연장되는 16개 내지 32개의 돌기를 가지고, 상기 돌기들은 균일하게 이격된 채널들을 형성하고, 상기 채널들은 200 나노 미터 내지 300 나노미터의 채널 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 제품.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 매개체는 부직 필터 매개체(non-woven fiber media)인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 제품.
