Abstract
Description
도 1은 320 mg I/ml 및 200 mg I/ml의 이오포르미놀, 및 120 및 80 KVp의 관 전압 에너지를 사용하였을 때의 영상을 보여주는 것이다.
도 2는 320 mg I/ml 및 160 mg I/ml의 이오포르미놀, 및 120 및 80 KVp의 관 전압 에너지를 사용하였을 때의 영상을 보여주는 것이다.
도 3은 320 mg I/ml 및 200 mg I/ml의 이오포르미놀, 및 120 및 100 KVp의 관 전압 에너지를 사용하였을 때의 영상을 보여주는 것이다.
도 4는 320 mg I/ml 및 200 mg I/ml의 이오포르미놀, 및 120 및 80 KVp의 관 전압 에너지를 사용하였을 때의 영상을 보여주는 것이다.
도 5는 320 mg I/ml 및 160 mg I/ml의 이오포르미놀, 및 120 및 80 KVp의 관 전압 에너지를 사용하였을 때의 영상을 보여주는 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 이오포르미놀 및 제약상 허용되는 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 X선 조성물로서, 상기 조성물은 10-200 mg I/ml 농도의 요오드 및 70-120 mM 농도의 나트륨 이온을 포함하는 것인 X선 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5-1.3 mM 농도의 칼슘 이온을 추가로 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 칼륨 및/또는 마그네슘 이온을 추가로 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신체에 투여하기 위한 전체 부피가 1 내지 250 ml인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요오드 농도가 약 160 mg I/ml이고, 나트륨 농도가 약 82 mM이고, 칼슘 농도가 0.7 mM인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요오드 농도가 약 200 Mg I/ml이고, 나트륨 농도가 약 73 mM이고, 칼슘 농도가 0.6 mM인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물을 신체에 투여하는 단계,
신체에 X선 방사선 선량을 적용시키는 단계,
진단 장치를 이용하여 신체를 검사하는 단계, 및
검사로부터 데이터를 컴파일링하는 단계를 포함하는 X선 검사 방법에서 사용하기 위한 조성물. - 이오포르미놀 및 제약상 허용되는 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 조성물로서, 여기서, 조성물은 10-200 mg I/ml 농도의 요오드 및 70-120 mM 농도의 나트륨 이온을 포함하는 것인 조성물을 신체에 투여하는 단계,
신체에 X선 방사선 선량을 적용시키는 단계,
진단 장치를 이용하여 신체를 검사하는 단계, 및
검사로부터 데이터를 컴파일링하는 단계를 포함하는, X선 검사 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 이오포르미놀의 조영 효과를 증가시키는 방법으로서, 상기 방사선 선량은 실질적으로 요오드의 k-단에 상응하는 평균 에너지 스펙트럼을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 및 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X선 방사선 선량이 관 전압 에너지에 의해 70-140 kVp 범위로 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X선 방사선 선량이 관 전류에 의해 5-1,000 mA의 범위로 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고급 영상 복원 방법을 통해 잡음을 감소시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 잡음 감소가 반복 영상 복원 방법 ASiR 및 MBIR로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이중 에너지 CT를 포함하는 것인 방법.
