Abstract

Description
The present invention relates to an OW solid cosmetic composition and a process for producing the same.
Emulsion type make-up cosmetics can be divided into O / W and oin in water and W / O and water in oil. The oil-in-water type make-up cosmetics conventionally available on the market are excellent in oil resistance due to sebum and water resistance due to perspiration. However, there is a limitation in that it imparts a feeling of skin burden due to stickiness, oiliness, etc., and deteriorates the spreadability and spreadability.
On the other hand, the underwater type emulsion makeup cosmetic material is light and moist feeling, but has a drawback such as discoloration of sebum due to poor water resistance and makeup persistence due to the injury.

The present invention provides an OW solid cosmetic composition comprising 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a gelled polymer, 1 to 40 parts by weight of an oil, and the balance water, based on 100 parts by weight of the whole composition.
The OW solid cosmetic composition may further comprise 5 to 40 parts by weight of an inorganic powder and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of an oil-absorbing powder based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
The inorganic powder may include an ultraviolet screening agent, a pigment, or a mixture thereof.
The OW solid cosmetic composition may further comprise at least one member selected from the group consisting of a surfactant, a skin active ingredient, a sequestering agent for metal ions, a moisturizing agent, a preservative, a fragrance and an enhancer.
The OW solid cosmetic composition may be in the form of a hydrogel.
The hardness of the OW solid cosmetic composition may be 0.5 to 50N.

The oil may be added in an amount of 1 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition. When the oil is contained in an amount exceeding 40 parts by weight, the emulsion stability is deteriorated.
The inorganic powder may include an ultraviolet screening agent and a pigment. The ultraviolet screening agent includes an inorganic ultraviolet screening agent and an organic ultraviolet screening agent. As the inorganic ultraviolet screening agent, titanium dioxide having an average particle size of 5 to 1000 nm and zinc oxide having an average particle size of 5 to 300 nm may be used.
