본 발명자들은 하기 표 1에 나타낸 성분 수상부, 유상부 및 파우더상을 이용하여 아이섀도우를 제조하였다. 수상부에는 카라기난(수용성 점증제), 글리세린과 같은 보습제, 계면활성제, 겔형성제, 방부제 등으로 구성되어 있다. 유상부에는 에스테르계 오일로 구성되어 있고, 파우더상에는 마이카, 세리사이트, 구상 실리콘, 플라스틱 파우더, 티타늄디옥사이드, 진주광택안료(펄), 보론 나이트라이드 파우더(boron nitride powder)및 색소 등으로 구성되어 있다. 구체적인 함량은 표 2에 기재하였다.

상기 성분들의 함량 조성에 따라, 수상부의 원료들을 80℃에서 10분간 agi mixer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 이후 수상부가 투입된 호모믹서에 유상부를 투입하고 80℃, 5000rpm으로 10분간 균질혼합 후에 파우더상 40 ~ 50 중량%를 상기 수상부 및 유상부의 혼합물에 투입하여 습윤 시켰다. 완전히 습윤 된 후 호모믹서를 80℃에서 7000rpm, 10분간 균질혼합 후 탈포 하였다. 제조된 내용물은 80~85℃조건에서 실리콘 트레이에 부은 후 5분 동안 -10~0℃에서 냉각 후 55 내지 75℃에서 건조시키고 실리콘 트레이를 이탈하였다.

측정 결과, 상기 표 5에 나타나는 바와 같이, 비교예 1 내지 3의 아이섀도우 조성물은 발림성, 가루날림, 밀착력, 퍼짐성이 실시예의 아이섀도우 조성물에 비해 떨어지는 단점을 갖으며, 특히 퍼짐성이 매우 좋지 않은 결과로 나타났다. 반면, 실시예 1 내지 3에 따라 제조된 아이섀도우 조성물의 경우 비교예 1 내지 3에 비해 좋은 평가를 얻었으며, 특히 실시예 1의 경우 가루날림이 적고, 발림성, 밀착력, 퍼짐성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 실험예 1과 2의 결과를 바탕으로 사용감이 우수하면서 균일한 이형성을 나타내는 조건으로 다음 실험을 진행하였다.

Claims (10)
A three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition comprising an aqueous phase comprising carrageenan, an oil-in-water emulsion and a powder phase.
2. The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble part is composed of carrageenan, a moisturizer, a gel-forming agent, a surfactant and water.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil in the oil phase is an oil mixed with at least one ester-based oil or hydrocarbon-based oil.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the powder phase is talc, mica, sericite, spherical silicone, plastic powder, titanium dioxide, pearl luster pigment (Pearl), boronite light powder and pigment.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the carrageenan is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble part contains 35 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
The three-dimensional make-up cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the oily component is contained in an amount of 5 to 15% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the powder phase contains 35 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
The three-dimensional makeup cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition is a blusher, a highlighter, or an eye shadow formulation.
