도 2는 실시예 1에서 생산한 다양한 신품종들의 비교 사진이다.
도 3는 실시예 1에서 생산한 신품종1에 대한 사진이다.

도 5는 실시예 1에서 생산한 신품종3에 대한 사진이다.
도 6은 실시예 1에서 생산된 신품종1과 김제 6호 버섯과 대치배양한 사진이다.
Claims (6)
- 단핵 종균과 2핵균사체형태의 버섯을 함께 재배사에 입상한 후 자연교배하는 것인 버섯의 육종 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자연교배로 자실체가 생산되는 것인 버섯의 육종 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자연교배는 온도 10 ~ 30℃, 상대습도 85 ~ 95%, 조도량 150 ~ 300lux인 재배사에서 수행하는 버섯의 육종 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단핵종균은 하기 a)단계 내지 c)단계를 포함하는 공정을 통해 얻어지는 것인 버섯의 육종 방법.
a) 활용하고자 하는 모본의 포자를 발아하여 단핵 균사체를 분리하고 암 배양하는 단계;
b)상기 a)단계에서 배양된 단핵 균사체를 액체배양배지에서 단핵 종균으로 암 배양하는 단계;
c) 상기 b)단계에서 수득된 단핵 종균을 재배용 배지에 접종하여 배양하는 단계. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계 또는 b)단계의 암 배양은 20 ~ 30 ℃에서 1 ~ 15일 동안 하는 수행하고, 상기 c)단계의 배양은 20 ~ 30 ℃에서 15 ~ 30일 배양하는 것인 버섯의 육종 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 버섯은 느타리, 표고, 꽃송이, 목이, 노루궁뎅이, 새송이, 팽이, 망태버섯, 아위, 영지, 상황, 동충하초에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 버섯을 포함하는 것인 버섯의 육종 방법.
