추출물의 안전성 및 유효성 평가를 위하여, CK사의 MPA 5을 사용하였으며, 유분측정은 Sebumeter(SM815)을 이용하고, 수분측정은 Corneometer(CM825)을 사용하였으며, 수분 증발량 측정은 Tewameter(TM300), 멜라닌 색소측정은 Mexameter(MX18), 피부탄력도 측정은 Reviscometer(RVM600)의 측정장치를 사용하였다.In order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the extract, CK MPA 5 was used, the sediment was measured using Sebumeter (SM815), the moisture was measured by Corneometer (CM825), and the water evaporation was measured by Tewameter (TM300) and melanin pigment. 측정은 3회 측정 후 평균값으로 나타냈으며 측정된 데이터를 근간으로 피 시험인 들의 일반적 피부 타입을 분석 파악하였다. 측정 결과는 표 1에 나타내었다.

화장품제형Cosmetic formulation 적용 평가  Application evaluation

상백피 열수 추출물(A), 상엽 열수 추출물(B), 상지 열수 추출물(C), 오디 열수 추출물(D)을 화장료용 유화물 베이스에 첨가하여 화장품 제형 적용시 피부 개선 효과를 실험하였다. 제형 평가를 위해 사용된 화장품 제형은 다음의 표 2와 같다.

상기 표 2에 따른 각각의 제품을 45℃ 인큐베이터에서 30일간 육안검사와 25℃ 상온에서 30일 동안의 pH와 점도 변화를 측정하였다.(표 3 ~ 표 5)

피부 적용 평가Skin application evaluation

피부자극도 실험으로서, 상백피 열수추출물을 첨가한 화장료 조성물의 피부 안전성 평가 실험을 하였다. 단회 첩포실험(Patch Test)을 하되, 10명을 대상을 상박 안쪽에 실험하였다.As a skin irritation test, a skin safety evaluation test was performed on a cosmetic composition to which hot water extract was added. A single patch test was carried out, but 10 subjects were tested inside the upper arm.

패치 테스트기기(IQ Ultra)를 이용하여 추출물 3mg 상박 안쪽(팔 안쪽)에 첩포 후 24시간 후와 48시간 후 2차례에 걸쳐 육안 평가를 하였으며, 그 실험결과 10명 모두 자극이 없음을 확인하였다.

상기 발효과정을 거친 뽕나무 분쇄물을 18 ~ 22℃에서 5 ~ 8일간 숙성하여 뽕나무 발효물을 수득하는 단계와,
상기 수득한 뽕나무 발효물을 건조기에서 건조하는 단계와,
건조과정을 거친 뽕나무 발효물을 용매에 첨가하되, 용매 전체 중량에 대해 7 ~ 13%로 첨가하여 65 ~ 75℃에서 6시간 동안 추출하여 추출물을 제조하는 단계와,
상기 추출물을 화장료용 유화물 베이스에 첨가하되, 화장료용 유화물 베이스 전체 중량에 대해 4 ~ 10wt%를 첨가하여 화장료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 뽕나무의 잎, 줄기, 뿌리 껍질, 열매의 추출물을 이용한 피부개선 화장료 조성물 제조방법.
