상기 추출물을 화장료용 유화물 베이스에 첨가하되, 화장료용 유화물 베이스 전체 중량에 대해 4 ~ 10wt%를 첨가하여 화장료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 뽕나무의 잎, 줄기, 뿌리 껍질, 열매의 추출물을 이용한 피부개선 화장료 조성물 제조방법.
