본 발명에 의한 초효 컴플렉스의 각질 박리 효과를 알아보기 위해 상기 제조한 대조예, 비교예, 제조예 및 비교제조예 1-14의 각질 박리 효과를 측정하였다. 실험방법은 단백질의 칼라 변색에 따른 색도변화로 각질 박리 효과를 측정한다. 건강한 성인 남녀 15명의 색소 침착이나 여드름이 없는 깨끗한 전박 부위를 확인한 후 수돗물로 부드럽게 씻고, 건조시킨 후 5% DHA(Dihydroxyacetone) 용액을 1일 2회 2일간 적용하여 피부를 태닝시켰다.
