Abstract

PURPOSE: A seedling transplanter with a tilling function is provided to easily put soil into the well for seeds using a shovel. CONSTITUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises a transparent transplanting pipe(6), a handle(1) which is formed with a water hose nipple on the rear end, a support stand which is formed with a one-touch water valve in the middle thereof, a working distance control plate for controlling tension and relaxation, square tongs which carry out transplantation and seeding, a soil collecting board(13), and a soil collecting shovel(12).
