Claims (5)
- 음극 활물질을 바인더로 일체화한 활물질층을 구비한 이차 전지용의 음극으로서,
상기 음극 활물질이, 석탄계 또는 석유계 중의 어느 하나 이상의 생(生)코크스와 석탄계 또는 석유계 중의 어느 하나의 하소 코크스가 질량비로 90:10~10:90으로 배합됨과 아울러, 상기 생코크스 및 하소 코크스의 합계량 100질량부에 대하여, 인 화합물을 0.1~6.0질량부의 비율로 첨가된 코크스 재료를 소성하여 이루어지고,
상기 바인더가 폴리이미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 음극. - 음극 활물질을 바인더로 일체화한 활물질층을 구비한 이차 전지용의 음극으로서,
상기 음극 활물질이, 석탄계 또는 석유계 중의 어느 하나 이상의 생코크스와 석탄계 또는 석유계 중의 어느 하나의 하소 코크스가 질량비로 90:10~10:90으로 배합됨과 아울러, 상기 생코크스 및 하소 코크스의 합계량 100질량부에 대하여, 인 화합물 및 붕소 화합물이, 인 및 붕소 환산으로 각각 0.1~6.0질량부의 비율로 첨가된 코크스 재료를 소성하여 이루어지고,
상기 바인더가 폴리이미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 음극. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바인더가, 반복 단위 구조 중에 에테르 결합을 갖는 폴리이미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 음극. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
음극 활물질에 대한 폴리이미드 수지의 함유 비율이, 0.1~10질량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 음극. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 음극을 사용하여 얻은 이차 전지.
