Abstract
본 발명은 특허 ES2259919 B1에서 선기술된 용액을 출발점으로서 이용하여 10%의 최대 불소 함량을 가지는 금속-유기 전구물질의 용액의 수득에 관한 것이다. 본 변형은 초전도 층의 열 처리, 즉 분해(열분해) 및 결정 성장을 단일 단계로 수행할 수 있게 한다. 게다가, 낮은 불소 함량은 독성 및 부식의 위험이 최소화되게 한다.
Description
본 발명은 특허 ES2259919 B1에서 선기술된 용액을 출발점으로서 이용하여 10%의 최대 불소 함량을 가지는 금속-유기 전구물질의 용액의 수득에 관한 것이다. 본 변형은 초전도 층의 열 처리, 즉 분해(열분해) 및 결정 성장을 단일 단계로 수행할 수 있게 한다. 게다가, 낮은 불소 함량은 독성 및 부식의 위험이 최소화되게 한다.
고온 초전도 물질은 다양한 기술에서의 용도에 대한 매우 큰 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 그러나, 고성능 초전도체, 특히 고 자기장 하에서의 조건을 비롯하여, 손실 없이 높은 전류를 전달할 수 있는 초전도체를 얻기 위한 방법론을 개발하는 것이 필수 요건이다. 개발된 첫 번째 고온 전도체는 BiSrCaCuO-유형 상을 기초로 하였고 이들은 1세대(1G) 초전도체로 지칭되었다. 그러한 물질의 개발은 에피택셜(epitaxial) 초전도체(또는 코팅된 전도체)로 지칭되는 REBa2Cu3O7-유형 물질(REBCO, 여기서 RE = 희토류 또는 이트륨)을 기초로 하는 2 세대(2G) 전도체를 제조하는 새로운 방법론의 발견과 함께 주요 혁신을 이뤘다.
최근 몇 년간, 고전류 및 고온 적용을 위한 많은 분야에서 높은 잠재력을 가지는 상이한 다중층 구조를 기초로 하는 에피택셜 초전도체를 얻기 위한 다양한 방법론이 개발되었다. 이들 2G 전도체를 제조하기 위해 주로 금속 기판에 에피택셜 층을 진공 증착하는 방법론을 기초로 하는 다양한 전략이 이후 나타났다. 이들 기판은 다결정질 기판에 이온빔 증착(Ion Beam Deposition, IBD)을 통해 증착된 텍스처드(textured) 산화물 주형을 가질 수 있거나, 소위 압연 보조 2축 텍스처링(Rolling Assisted Biaxial Texturing, RABiTs)과 같은 가공 열처리를 통해 기판에 얻어진 텍스처를 복제하는 텍스처드 완충층으로 이루어진다. 다른 흥미로운 접근법은 상기 텍스처드 완충층이 표면산화 에피택시(Surface Oxidation Epitaxy, SOE) 또는 경사 증발에 의한 증착(경사진 표면 증착, Inclined Surface Deposition, ISD)에 의해 얻어지는 경우이다.
이들 텍스처링된 기판을 수득한 후에, 에피택셜 산화물의 증착이 원자 확산 및 산화에 대한 완충제로서 작용하는 다중층, 및 전류가 전달되는 REBCO 초전도층의 형태로 수행된다. 이들 다중층 구조를 제조하기 위해, 진공 증착(증발, 레이저 기화(laser ablation), 스퍼터링(sputtering))의 기술 또는 금속-유기 화학 용액을 기초로 하는 화학 용액 증착(chemical solution deposition, CSD)의 기술이 사용될 수 있다. 후자는 저비용 에피택셜 초전도체의 개발 가능성으로 인해 특히 흥미롭다.
트리플루오로아세테이트(TFA) 전구물질을 이용하여 YBCO 초전도체를 성장시키는 가능성의 입증은 매우 중요한 전진으로서 널리 기술되었다(A. Gupta, R. Jagannathan, E.I.Cooper, E.A.Giess, J.I.Landman, B.W.Hussey, Superconducting oxide films with high transition temperature prepared from metal trifluoroacetate precursors, Appl. Phys. Lett. 52, 1988, 2077; P. C. Mclntyre, M. J. Cima, and M. F. Ng, Metalorganic deposition of high -J Ba YCu O thin films from trifluoroacetate precursors onto (100) SrTiO 3 , J. Appl. Phys. 68, 1990, 4183). 이들 전구물질은 금속-유기 전구물질의 분해 후의 최종 생성물로 BaF2, Y2O3 및 CuO를 가지며 따라서 저온에서 얇은 YBCO 필름을 성장시키게 하는 BaCO3의 형성을 차단한다. 최근에, 필름을 가공하는데 필요한 시간을 줄이고 전구물질 용액의 안정성을 증가시키는 동시에, 고품질의 필름을 얻기 위해 무수 TFA 전구물질을 얻기 위한 신규한 방법론이 특허 ES2259919 (B1) 및 국제특허출원 WO 2006/103303에 기술되었다.
현재의 목표 중 하나는 환경적 관점에서 공정을 개선하는 것이고, 이는 독성학 및 에너지의 관점 모두에서 최소한의 가능한 영향을 나타내는 전구물질 염 및 용매를 사용하는 것이다. 따라서 전구물질 염 내 불소의 존재를 감소시키는 시스템이 기술되었고(Dawley, Clem et al . 2001; T. Dawley 2002; Xu, Goyal et al . 2004; Seleznev and Cima 2005), 뿐만 아니라 다양한 유형의 첨가제를 사용하여 열처리 시간을 감소시키는 시스템이 기술되었다(T. Dawley 2002; Dawley, Clem et al . 2004).
본 발명은 더 낮은 불소 함량 및 안정화 유기 첨가제를 가지는 금속-유기 전구물질의 용액을 사용하여 초전도 물질을 얻기 위한 공정을 제공한다. 상기 공정은 초전도 층의 제조를 위한 열처리의 개선이 단일 단계에서 열분해 및 결정 성장을 수행할 수 있도록 만들기 때문에 고품질의 초전도 물질을 쉽게 얻을 수 있게 한다. 게다가, 낮은 불소 함량은 독성의 위험을 감소시킨다. 본 발명의 첫 번째 양태는 적어도 하나의 희토류 또는 이트륨 염, 적어도 하나의 알칼리 토금속 염 및 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 염을 포함하는 전구물질 용액으로부터의 증착을 포함하고, 상기 전구물질 염의 총 중량에 대한 불소의 최대 중량비가 10 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 물질을 얻기 위한 공정에 관한 것이다. 이는 이트륨, 바륨 및 구리 트리플루오로아세테이트로 이루어진 최신 기술에서 공지인 표준 용액의 불소 함량과 비교하여 70 %의 불소 함량 감소를 암시한다. 최소 불소 함량은 열분해된 층 내 모든 초기 바륨에 대한 바륨 플루오라이드의 형성에 상응하는 함량이다.
바람직한 구체예에서, 상기 용액 내 금속 이온의 총 농도는 0.5 내지 2.5 M이다.
희토류 염은 바람직하게는 Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Lu 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함한다. 더욱 바람직하게는, 상기 염은 Y, Gd, Eu, Dy 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나의 염이다. 이러한 희토류 또는 이트륨 염의 상대 이온(counterion)은 모노플루오로-카르복실레이트, 디플루오로-카르복실레이트, 트리플루오로아세테이트, 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트 또는 이들의 조합일 수 있다. 역시 더욱 바람직하게는, 상기 희토류 또는 이트륨 염은 트리플루오로아세테이트이다. 바람직한 구체예에서 알칼리 토금속은 Ba, Sr, Ca 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되고, 더욱 바람직한 구체예에서 알칼리 토금속은 Ba이다. 더욱 바람직한 구체예에서, 알칼리 토금속의 염은 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트이다.
전이 금속의 염은 바람직하게는 Cu의 염이고 더욱 바람직하게는 상기 전이 금속의 염은 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트이다.
바람직한 구체예에서, 용액은 아세트산, 아세톤, 아세토니트릴, 벤젠, 1-부탄올, 2-부탄올, 2-부타논, 펜타논, t-부틸 알코올, 사염화탄소, 클로로벤젠, 클로로포름, 시클로헥산, 1,2-디클로로에탄, 디에틸 에테르, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 디메틸 에테르, 디메틸 포름아미드, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디옥산, 에탄올, 에틸 아세테이트, 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 헵탄, 트리아미드, 헥산, 메탄올, 메틸 t-부틸 에테르, 디클로로메탄, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, N-메틸피롤리돈, 니트로메탄, 펜탄, 페트롤륨 에테르, 1-프로판올, 2-프로판올, 피리딘, 테트라히드로푸란, 톨루엔, 트리에틸아민, o-자일렌, m-자일렌, p-자일렌 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함한다. 더욱 바람직한 구체예에서 상기 용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된다. 역시 더욱 바람직한 구체예에서, 상기 용매는 에탄올이다.
용액은 바람직하게는 알코올, 아미노, 에테르 및 카르보닐 기로 관능화된 탄소 사슬로 구성된 적어도 하나의 안정화 첨가제를 단독이거나 조합이거나 중합체 사슬의 일부를 형성하는 것으로 포함한다. 용액이 아미노 알코올인 경우, 용액은 바람직하게는 트리에탄올아민이고, 용액이 우레아인 경우, 용액은 바람직하게는 N,N-디메틸우레아이다. 역시 더욱 바람직하게는, 안정화 첨가제는 중량으로 2 % 내지 20 %의 비율로 용액에 부가된다.
표준 공정에서 존재하는 불소의 양 감소는 결과적으로 독성 및 부식성 가스의 감소를 가져오고, 이것은 상기 공정의 산업적인 적용을 용이하게 한다.
초기 용액에서 첨가제의 존재는 습도와 같은 환경적 조건에 덜 취약한 초전도 테잎을 만든다. 결과적으로, 테잎은 더 긴 저장 시간동안 안정하고 이의 증착을 위한 환경적 요구사항이 일반적으로 기술된 조건에 비교하여 줄어든다.
본 발명의 공정은 이것이 바람직하게는 증착된 생성물의 분해 및 결정 성장을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 그러한 열처리는 단일 단계로, 더욱 바람직하게는 70 내지 900 ℃의 온도에서 수행된다. 역시 더욱 바람직하게는, 이러한 처리는 대기 제어 오븐에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하며 다음을 포함한다: 7 내지 100 mbar의 수증기압(water vapour pressure) 및 0.1 내지 1 mbar의 산소압(oxygen pressure)을 가지는 질소 대기에서 750 내지 820 ℃의 온도까지 수행되는 일차 가열 단계; 및 1 bar의 산소압에서 300 내지 500 ℃의 온도로 8 h 미만의 시간 동안의 이차 가열 단계, 이후 실온으로 냉각하는 단계.
상기 공정은 5 내지 100 ℃/분의 경사로 750 내지 820 ℃의 온도까지 단일 온도 상승되어 일어난다.
이러한 방식으로, 출발 금속-유기 염의 분해 또는 열분해 및 이후의 초전도 층에서 일어나는 결정 구조 성장은 단일 단계에서 일어난다. 이는 상기 공정의 전반적인 단순화 및 가능한 거대 규모 응용을 위한 처리 시간의 감소를 암시한다.
초전도 물질은 바람직하게는 AA'2Cu3O7 -x의 조성을 가질 것이며, 여기서 A는 희토류 또는 Y(이트륨)이고, A'는 알칼리 토금속이고 x는 0 내지 1이고, 여기서 더욱 바람직하게는, A는 Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Lu 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된다. 역시 더욱 바람직하게는, A는 이트륨이다. A'는 더욱 바람직하게는 Ba, Sr, Ca 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된다. 역시 더욱 바람직하게는, A'는 바륨이다.
초전도 물질은 바람직하게는 일반식 YBa2Cu3O7 -x를 가지며, 여기서 x는 0 내지 1이다.

바람직하게는, 상기 초전도 물질은 일반식 YBa2Cu3O7를 가진다. 상기 물질은 더욱 바람직하게는 77 K에서 그리고 외부 자기장의 부재에서, 즉 샘플 그 자체에 의해 만들어진 자기장 또는 자가-자기장(auto-field)에서 2 내지 4 MA/cm2의 임계 전류를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

실시예
본 발명은 하기에서 더 낮은 불소 함량을 가지는 금속-유기 전구물질 용액의 사용을 통해 초전도 물질을 얻기 위한 공정의 상세 설명 및 효과성을 예시하는, 발명자에 의해 수행된 일부 실험을 통해 예시된다.
실시예
1
1.5 M의 총 금속 농도(Y:Ba:Cu의 비는 1:2:3)를 가지는, Y 트리플루오로아세테이트, Ba 2,4-펜탄디오네이트 및 Cu 아세테이트의 50 ml의 용액을 제조했다. 상기 단계는 미리 70 ℃의 오븐에서 진공에서 16 시간 동안 건조된 5.35 g(1.25 × 10-2 몰)의 Y(TFA)3, 10.59 g(2.5 × 10-2 몰)의 Ba(acac)2 및 6.81 g(1.75 × 10-2 몰)의 Cu(AcO)2의 무게를 달아 수행했다. 상기 염들을 20 mL 메탄올에 용해시키고 10 mL(7.5 × 10-2 몰)의 트리에탄올아민(TEA)을 혼합물에 부가하고, 메탄올을 이용하여 최종 부피를 50 mL로 조정했다.
상기 용액을 회전코팅 기술을 통해 크기 5×5 mm, 두께 0.5 mm 및 배향(100)의 LaAlO3의 단결정질 기판에 증착했다. 다음으로, 열처리를 수행하여 YBa2Cu3O7 상을 형성시켰다. 상기 단계는 790 - 815 ℃ 범위의 온도에 도달할 때까지 급격한 온도 경사(25 ℃/분)가 적용되는 오븐에서 수행했다. 이 온도를 180분 동안(마지막 30분은 건조하게) 유지시키고 이후 실온에 도달할 때까지 2.5 ℃/분의 속도로 하강 경사를 적용했다. 이런 경우에, O2 압력은 0.2 mbar였고 수압은 7 mbar였다. 가스 유량은 N2에 대해 0.012 내지 0.6 L/min 및 O2에 대해 0.006 내지 0.03 L/min의 범위를 가지고, 혼합물을 만들기 위해 사용되는 질량유량계(Bronkhorst High-Tech 사 제품)가 허용하는 정도였다. 본 샘플의 산화는 샘플을 오븐에서 꺼내지 않고, 동일한 건조 대기를 이용하여 수행했다. 온도를 450 ℃까지 올리고, 운반 기체(carrier gas)를 1 bar 압력의 건조 O2로 바꾸고 이 온도를 90 분의 시간 동안 유지했다. 다음으로, 실온에 도달할 때까지 하강 온도 경사를 300 ℃/h로 수행했다. 수득된 층은 대략 275 nm의 두께였다.
샘플을 X-선 회절, SEM 사진 및 77 K 및 자가 자기장(Jc = 3.6 × 106 A/cm2)에서 임계 전류의 측정을 통해 특성화했다. 기준 값을 위해, 65 K에서 기판에 수직으로 가한 자기장의 함수로서 임계 전류의 의존도를 측정했다. 상기 기준값은 65 K에서 Jc = 0.45 × 106 A/cm2 및 H=1 T인 것으로 나타났다.
실시예

격막(septum)형 뚜껑이 있는 바이알을 6.60 g의 N,N-디메틸우레아(7.5 × 10-2 몰)로 채우고 여기에 실시예 1에서와 같이 제조된 20 mL의 메탄올 내 YBCO 용액을 부가했다. 혼합물을 실온에서 교반하고 0.45 μm 필터로 여과했다. 그렇게 제조된 혼합물을 Ar 대기에서 보관했다.
20 %의 N,N-디메틸우레아를 함유하는 Y, Ba 및 Cu 염의 용액을 실시예 1에 지시된 동일한 조건 하에서 LaO 기판에 증착했다. 증착된 샘플의 열처리를 실시예 1에 기술된 바와 같이 수행하여 YBa2Cu3O7 상을 형성시켰다. 수득된 층은 200 nm 두께였다. 샘플을 주사 전자 현미경 및 X-선 회절을 이용하여 특성화했다(도 3).
실시예

에탄올을 용매로 사용한 것 외에는 실시예 1에 기술된 것과 동일한 공정을 진행했다.
20 %의 TEA를 함유하는 Y, Ba 및 Cu 염의 용액을 실시예 1에 지시된 동일한 조건 하에서 LaO 기판에 증착했다. 증착된 샘플의 열처리를 실시예 1에 기술된 바와 같이 수행하여 YBa2Cu3O7 상을 형성시켰다. 수득된 층은 200 nm 두께였다. 샘플을 주사 전자 현미경 및 X-선 회절을 이용하여 특성화했다(도 3).
실시예

실시예 2에 기술된 것과 동일한 공정을 진행했고 에탄올을 용매로 사용했다.
20 %의 TEA를 함유하는 Y, Ba 및 Cu 염의 용액을 실시예 1에 지시된 것과 동일한 조건 하에서 LaO 기판에 증착했다. 증착된 샘플의 열처리를 실시예 1에 기술된 바와 같이 수행하여 YBa2Cu3O7 상을 형성시켰다. 수득된 층은 200 nm 두께였다. 샘플을 주사 전자 현미경 및 X-선 회절을 이용하여 특성화했다(도 3).
Claims (37)
- 적어도 하나의 희토류 또는 이트륨 염, 적어도 하나의 알칼리 토금속 염 및 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 염을 포함하는 전구물질 용액으로부터의 증착을 포함하고, 상기 전구물질 염의 총 중량에 대한 불소의 최대 중량비가 10 %인 것을 특징으로 하는, 초전도 물질을 얻기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액 내 금속 이온의 총 농도는 0.5 내지 2.5 M인 공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희토류 염은 Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Lu 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 염은 Y, Gd, Eu, Dy 또는 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나의 염인 공정.
- 제3항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희토류 또는 이트륨 염은 모노플루오로-카르복실레이트, 디플루오로-카르복실레이트, 트리플루오로아세테이트, 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트 및 이들의 조합 중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 희토류 또는 이트륨 염은 트리플루오로아세테이트인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속은 Ba, Sr, Ca 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속은 Ba인 공정.
- 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속의 염은 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속은 Cu인 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전이 금속의 염은 비-플루오르화된 카르복실레이트인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액은 아세트산, 아세톤, 아세토니트릴, 벤젠, 1-부탄올, 2-부탄올, 2-부타논, 펜타논, t-부틸 알코올, 사염화탄소, 클로로벤젠, 클로로포름, 시클로헥산, 1,2-디클로로에탄, 디에틸 에테르, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 디메틸 에테르, 디메틸 포름아미드, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디옥산, 에탄올, 에틸 아세테이트, 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 헵탄, 트리아미드, 헥산, 메탄올, 메틸 t-부틸 에테르, 디클로로메탄, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, N-메틸피롤리돈, 니트로메탄, 펜탄, 페트롤륨 에테르, 1-프로판올, 2-프로판올, 피리딘, 테트라히드로푸란, 톨루엔, 트리에틸아민, o-자일렌, m-자일렌, p-자일렌 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함하는 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 에탄올인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 알코올, 아미노, 에테르 및 카르보닐 기로 관능화된 탄소 사슬로 구성된 적어도 하나의 안정화 첨가제를 단독이거나 조합이거나 중합체 사슬의 일부를 형성하는 것으로 포함하는 공정.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 아미노 알코올, 아미노산, 우레아 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 목록 중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 알코올은 트리에탄올아민인 공정.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 우레아는 N,N-디메틸우레아인 공정.
- 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정화 첨가제는 중량으로 2 % 내지 20 %의 비율로 상기 용액에 부가되는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증착된 생성물의 분해 및 결정 성장을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 분해 및 결정 성장은 70 내지 900 ℃에서 일어나는 공정.
- 제20항 또는 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분해 및 결정 성장은 대기 제어 오븐에서 수행되고 다음을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정: 7 내지 100 mbar의 수증기압(water vapour pressure) 및 0.1 내지 1 mbar의 산소압(oxygen pressure)을 가지는 질소 대기에서 750 내지 820 ℃의 온도까지 수행되는 일차 가열 단계; 및 1 bar의 산소압에서 300 내지 500 ℃의 온도로 8 h 미만의 시간 동안의 이차 가열 단계, 이후 실온으로 냉각하는 단계.
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초전도 물질은 AA'2Cu3O7 -x의 조성을 가지며, 여기서 A는 희토류 또는 Y(이트륨)이고, A'는 알칼리 토금속이고 x는 0 내지 1인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A는 Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Lu 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 공정.
- 제24항에 있어서, A는 Y인 공정.
- 제23항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A'는 Ba, Sr, Ca 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 공정.
- 제26항에 있어서, A'는 Ba인 공정.
- 제23항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초전도 물질은 일반식 YBa2Cu3O7-x을 가지고, x는 0 내지 1인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 단결정질 기판 또는 2축 텍스처(biaxial texture)를 갖는 기판에 증착되는 공정.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 희토류 염 또는 산화물; 알칼리 토금속 염 또는 산화물; 전이 금속 염 또는 산화물; 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 공정.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 단결정의 SrTiO3, LaAlO3, 지르코늄, 안정화된 지르코늄(YSZ), MgO, 희토류 산화물 및 2축 텍스처링된 금속 테잎을 포함하는 목록 중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 것과 같이 얻을 수 있는 초전도 물질.
- 희토류 또는 이트륨의 적어도 하나의 염, 알칼리 토금속의 적어도 하나의 염, 전이 금속의 적어도 하나의 염을 포함하고, 이들 염들의 10 % 미만인 불소 함량을 가지는 용액.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 추가적으로 안정화 첨가제를 포함하는 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의, 초전도 물질을 얻기 위한 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 것과 같이 얻을 수 있는 일반식 YBa2Cu3O7의 초전도 물질.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 초전도 물질은 77 K에서 그리고 자가 자기장(auto field)에서 2 내지 4 MA/cm2의 임계 전류 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 물질.
