도 3은 도 1에 도시된 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치에 의한 의료용 장비의 멸균 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.

Claims (8)
- 피처리물에 대한 멸균 처리가 수행되는 멸균 반응기;
상기 멸균 반응기와 연결된 진공 펌프를 구비하며 상기 멸균 반응기의 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 진공 형성부;
상기 멸균 반응기 내부로 과산화수소를 기체로 투입하는 과산화수소 공급부; 및
상기 멸균 반응기 내부로 오존을 공급하는 오존 공급부를 포함하는,
과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
과산화수소 공급부는 상기 멸균 반응기 내부와 연결된 분무 노즐을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 멸균 반응기 내부 온도가 0 ~ 100℃ 범위에서 항온유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 과산화수소 공급부는 연결 배관을 구비하며, 상기 연결 배관은 온도가 조절되거나 보온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 과산화수소 공급부는 상기 멸균 반응기 내부와 연결되며 분무 노즐이 수용되고 60℃ 이상의 온도를 유지하는 가열기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오존 공급부는 오존 발생기와 상기 오존 발생기에 산소를 공급하는 산소 공급기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 산소 공급기는 상용 압축 산소가스 공급기이거나 공기로부터 산소를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 오존 공급부는 오존의 분해반응을 촉진하도록 열을 공급하는 열분해기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 및 오존을 이용한 의료용 멸균장치.
