Claims (9)
- 고산소강용 용강의 정련과정에 사용하는 플럭스로서,
MnO, CaO 및 SiO2를 주성분으로 함유하고, 염기도(CaO/SiO2)가 0.5 ~ 4 인 플럭스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 상기 MnO를 20wt% 이상 함유하는 플럭스.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 FeMn 합금철 제조공정에서 발생되는 슬래그를 포함하는 플럭스.
- 고산소강용 용강을 정련하는 방법으로서,
전로에서 정련된 용강을 래들로 출강하는 과정을 포함하고,
상기 출강 과정 중 MnO, CaO 및 SiO2를 주성분으로 함유하는 플럭스를 투입하는 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 MnO를 20% 이상 함유하고, 염기도(CaO/SiO2)가 0.5 ~ 4인 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 용강 톤당 2 ~ 20Kg을 투입하는 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 출강 과정 중에는 상기 플럭스의 투입 이후에 Mn함유 합금철을 투입하는 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 플럭스를 마련하는 과정을 더 포함하고,
상기 플럭스는 페로망간 합금철의 제조시 발생되는 슬래그를 이용하여 마련하는 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 고산소용 용강은 총산소농도가 0.005% 이상인 고산소용 용강의 정련 방법.
