Claims (1)
- 용강에 바나듐을 첨가하는 방법에 있어서,전로 출강중 제조하려는 강종에서 요구되는 바나듐 함량에 해당하는 양으로 래들 내에 바나듐 옥사이드를 투입하고, 상기 투입된 바나듐 옥사이드 투입량의 40~60중량%의 Al을 용강 탈산용 Al투입량에 더하여 함께 투입하는 단계;전로 출강 완료후 용강 톤당 0.5~1.0kg의 슬래그 탈산제를 투입하는 단계; 및상기 출강 완료된 용강에 용강 톤당 0.006~0.011N㎥/분의 유량으로 Ar 및 N2중 1종의 가스를 취입하며 버블링하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 용강내 바나듐 첨가방법.
