Abstract
본 발명에 따른 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널은 복수의 홀을 구비한 유공형 석고 몸체; 및 상기 석고 몸체의 일 측면에 부착되며, 상기 홀보다 작은 크기를 갖는 통공을 구비한 흡음 표지층;을 포함하며, 상기 통공의 평균 직경은 10~40㎛를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
도 2은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널의 흡음 및 방음 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3은 표 1에 따른 실험 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 복수의 홀을 구비한 유공형 석고 몸체; 및
상기 석고 몸체의 일 측면에 부착되며, 상기 홀보다 작은 크기를 갖는 통공을 구비한 흡음 표지층;을 포함하며,
상기 통공의 평균 직경은 10~40㎛를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음 표지층은
글라스 파이버(glass fiber), 폴리에스터 섬유(polyester fiber) 및 펄프(pulp) 중 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석고 몸체는
석고 보드; 및
상기 석고 보드의 일면 또는 양면에 부착된 마감재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석고 몸체는
마감 처리된 타일인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홀의 평균 직경은
0.5~20mm로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음 표지층은
외측 면에 무늬가 인쇄된 마감층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석고 패널은
200Pa에서 100~2000L/m2/s의 통기도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석고 패널은
상기 석고 몸체의 일면에 부착되는 흡음 표지층의 반대편 면에 건물의 천장 또는 벽면이 배치되도록 시공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널.
- 복수의 홀을 구비한 유공형 석고 몸체를 마련하는 단계; 및
상기 석고 몸체의 일 측면에 상기 홀보다 작은 크기를 갖는 통공을 구비한 흡음 표지층을 부착하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 통공의 평균 직경은 10~40㎛를 갖고, 상기 홀의 평균 직경은 0.5~20mm로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 흡음 표지층은
글라스 파이버(glass fiber), 폴리에스터 섬유(polyester fiber) 및 펄프(pulp) 중 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 흡음 표지층을 부착하는 단계 후,
상기 흡음 표지층의 외측 면에 무늬를 인쇄하여 마감층을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 특성이 우수한 석고 패널의 제조방법.
