The cleaning
The cleaning liquid supplied to the
As described above, in the cleaning container and the substrate cleaning device having the same according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the cleaning process of the substrate is performed by using the cleaning liquid containing the chemical, the cleaning container has a structure in which the outer container and the inner container are stacked. In addition, since the inner container is formed of a material resistant to chemical resistance, it is possible to suppress corrosion and deformation of the container by the cleaning liquid. Further, since the cleaning liquid does not directly contact the joint portion of the outer container and the inner container, deformation of the container can be effectively suppressed.
In addition, since the collected drainage of the washing liquid is collected at the bottom and made in the vertical direction, and the exhaust of the fume generated during the process is made in the horizontal direction, the exhaust performance may be improved by improving the deterioration of the exhaust performance due to the draining of the washing liquid. This improves quality and prevents process accidents.
Therefore, the cleaning container of the present invention and the substrate cleaning apparatus having the same can be preferably used for the substrate cleaning process using the cleaning liquid containing the chemical.
