상기 간사의 단말기로부터 수신한 데이터에 기초하여 그 간사 이외의 멤버의 메일 어드레스를 특정하는 멤버 특정 스텝과,
상기 특정한 숙박 일정과, 그 숙박 일정에 관련되는 여행 플랜에 대응하는 여행 플랜 식별 데이터를 포함하는 권유 메일을 생성하고, 상기 특정한 각 메일 어드레스 앞으로 그 권유 메일을 송신하는 권유 메일 생성 송신 스텝과,
상기 간사 이외의 멤버의 단말기로부터 상기 여행 플랜 식별 데이터를 수신하였을 때, 그 여행 플랜 식별 데이터에 대응하는 여행 플랜을 식별하는 회답 접수 스텝과,
상기 식별한 여행 플랜에 관련되는 참가자수 카운터를 갱신하는 참가자수 카운트 스텝과,
상기 간사의 단말기로부터 여행 플랜을 지정한 검색 요구를 수신하는 검색 요구 입력 스텝과,
상기 지정된 여행 플랜의 숙박 일정을 상기 여행 플랜 정보 기억 수단으로부터 추출하고, 그 숙박 일정과, 상기 참가자수 카운트 스텝에서 카운트한 그 여행 플랜에 관련되는 참가자수를 이용하여 검색 조건을 설정하고, 그 검색 조건을 충족시키는 숙박 플랜의 식별 정보를 상기 숙박 플랜 정보 기억 수단으로부터 추출하는 숙박 플랜 검색 스텝과,
