Description
Claims (9)
- 대향하는 일단 및 타단이 갭을 형성하는 요크와;상기 요크에 유도된 자기장의 세기를 통해 전류를 측정하며 상기 갭에 배치되는 홀 센서와;상기 홀 센서에 유도되는 공기 자속을 상쇄하는 보상 도전체;를 포함하는 전류 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 도전체는 상기 갭에 홀 센서의 센싱 면과 나란하게 배치되는 코일인 전류 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 도전체는 상기 홀 센서 내부에 설치되어 함께 일체로 패키징된 도전체인 전류 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 도전체는 갭 바깥에서 갭에 인접하여 상기 요크에 나란히 설치된 코일인 전류 센서.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홀 센서는 복수의 단자를 포함하는 전류 센서.
- 전기 자동차용 구동 전류를 감지하는 제 5 항 기재의 전류 센서.
- 전류 센서의 요크의 갭에 배치되어, 갭에 형성되는 자기장의 세기를 측정하며, 내부에 홀 센서에 유도되는 공기 자속을 상쇄하는 보상 도전체를 포함하는 전류 센서용 홀 센서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 도전체는 홀 센서의 센싱 면에 평행하게 감긴 코일인 전류 센서용 홀 센서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 도전체는 홀 센서의 센싱 면에 평행하게 배치된 도전체인 전류 센서용 홀 센서.
