Abstract
본 발명에 따른 태양 모듈은 전지 커넥터 (2)로 연결된 태양 전지 (3)이 내장된 투명한 접착층 (1)로 이루어진다. 상부에는 얇은 유리판으로 이루어지는 투명하고, UV-안정한 얇은 전방층 (4)가 상기 접착층에 위치해 있다. 폴리우레탄으로 결합된 핵층 (6) 및 유리 섬유층 (7)로 이루어진 지지형용 샌드위치 요소 (5)가 배면 상에 위치해 있다. 고정 요소 (8) 및 전기 소켓 (9)가 지지형용 샌드위치 요소로 통합되어 있다. 물 및 산소 침입을 막는 배리어 필름 (10)을 샌드위치 요소에 결합시킨다. 태양 모듈은 물, 오염물 및 산소의 측면 침입을 막으며 엘라스토머성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 주변 단부 보호 (11)을 갖는다. 본 발명은 또한 태양 모듈을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 광전지 태양 모듈 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
용어 태양 모듈은 태양광으로부터 전기 전류를 직접 발생시키기 위한 성분을 나타낸다. 태양 전기의 비용-효율적 발생을 위한 핵심 요인은 사용되는 태양 전지의 효율 뿐만 아니라 태양 모듈의 제조 비용 및 내구성이다.
태양 모듈은 통상적으로 유리의 프레임 어셈블리, 서로 연결된 태양 전지, 내장재 및 배면 구조물로 이루어진다. 태양 전지의 개별 층은 하기 기능을 해야 한다.
전방 유리는 기계적 및 기후 영향에 대해 보호하기 위해 사용된다. 300 nm 내지 1150 nm의 광 스펙트럼 범위 내에서 흡수 손실 및 이에 따른 전기 발생에 통상적으로 사용되는 실리콘 태양 전지의 효율성 손실을 최소화하기 위해서 상기 유리는 가장 높은 투명도를 가져야 한다. 저-철분 강화 백색 유리 (두께 3 또는 4 mm)가 사용되며, 이의 투과율은 상기 스펙트럼 범위에서 90 내지 92%이다. 또한, 상기 유리는 모듈의 강직성에 충분히 기여한다.
내장재 (EVA (에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트) 시트가 대체로 사용됨)는 전체 모듈 어셈블리를 결합시키는데 사용된다. EVA는 적층 공정 동안 약 150 ℃에서 용융시키고 납땜한 태양 전지의 갭으로 흘려서 열적으로 가교시킨다. 반사 손실을 야기시키는 공기 버블의 형성은 진공에서 적층하여 회피한다.
모듈 배면은 수분 및 산소에 대하여 태양 전지 및 내장재를 보호한다. 더욱이, 이는 태양 모듈을 설치할 때의 스크래칭 등에 대한 기계적 보호로서 및 전기 절연으로서 제공된다. 추가의 유리판 또는 복합 시트는 배면 구조물로서 사용할 수 있다. 본질적으로, 상기를 위해, 변성 PVF (폴리비닐 플루오라이드)-PET (폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)-PVF 또는 PVF-알루미늄-PVF가 사용된다.
태양 모듈 제작에 사용되는 캡슐화 재료는 수증기 및 산소에 대하여 우수한 배리어 특성을 갖는다. 태양 전지 자체는 수증기 또는 산소에 의해 침식되지 않지만, 금속 접촉부가 부식되고 EVA 내장재의 화학적 분해가 일어난다. 통상적으로 모듈의 태양 전지는 연속적으로 전기적으로 접촉되기 때문에, 손상된 태양 전지 접촉부는 모듈을 완전히 고장나게 한다. EVA의 분해는 모듈의 황색화에 의해 표시되며, 이는 광 흡수에 의한 상응하는 성능 저하 뿐만 아니라 시각 열화에 연관된다. 최근, 모든 모듈의 약 80%는 배면 상에서 상기에 언급한 복합 시트 중 하나로 캡슐화되고, 태양 모듈 중 약 15%에서 유리는 전면 및 배면에 사용된다. 이러한 경우에, 고도로 투명할 뿐만 아니라 서서히 (수시간) 경화되는 캐스팅 수지가 EVA 대신에 내장재로서 종종 사용된다.
상대적으로 높은 개발 비용에도 불구하고 태양의 경쟁적인 전기 발생 비용을 달성하기 위해, 태양 모듈은 긴 작용 시간을 달성해야 한다. 따라서, 최신 태양 모듈은 20 내지 30년의 수명으로 형성된다. 고도의 기후 안정성에 더하여, 연료 일사의 80 ℃ 및 어는점 이하의 온도 사이에서 주기적으로 작동하는 동안 달라질 수 있는 온도에 대하여 모듈의 내열성으로 인하여 많은 수요가 있다. 따라서, 태양 모듈은 기후 시험 (UV 조사, 습열, 온도 사이클) 뿐만 아니라 우박 충돌 시험 및 열 절연 용량 시험을 포함하는 포괄적인 안정성 시험 (IEC 61215 및 IEC 61730에 따른 표준 시험)에 적용한다.
전체 비용의 30%에서, 최종 모듈 제작은 광전지 모듈에 대한 전체 비용 중 상대적으로 높은 비율을 차지한다. 모듈 제작에 대한 상기 큰 분율은 높은 재료 비용 (예를 들어 다층 배면 시트) 및 긴 공정 시간, 즉 낮은 생산성 때문이다. 심지어 현재에도 모듈 어셈블리의 상기 개별층이 종종 조립되어 수동으로 조정되고 있다. 더욱이, EVA 고온-용융 접착 중 상대적으로 낮은 용융 및 진공에서의 약 150 ℃에서 모듈 어셈블리 적층은 모듈마다 약 20 내지 30분의 사이클 시간을 요한다.
상대적으로 두꺼운 전방 유리판으로 인하여, 통상적인 태양 모듈은 또한 무거운 중량을 가지며, 이로 인해 안정하고 값비싼 지지 구조물을 필요로 한다. 또한, 최신 태양 모듈의 열 방출은 만족할 만하게 달성되지 않았다. 연료 일사하에서, 모듈은 80 ℃ 이하로 가열되고, 이는 태양 전지 효율성의 열적 열화를 일으키므로, 결국에는 태양 전기의 비용을 증대시킨다.
종래 기술에서, 알루미늄 프레임을 갖는 태양 모듈이 우세하게 사용된다. 이는 경금속이지만, 이의 중량은 전체 중량에 대하여 여전히 무시할 수는 없다. 특히, 보다 큰 모듈에 대하여, 이는 정교한 지지 및 고정 구조물을 필요로 한다는 것이 단점이다.
물 및 산소의 침입을 막기 위해서, 상기 알루미늄 프레임은 태양 모듈에 대향하는 내부면 상에서 추가로 밀봉된다. 또다른 단점은 알루미늄 프레임이 직사각형 프로필 섹션으로 만들어지므로, 이들의 형태화 면에서 많은 제한이 있다.
태양 모듈 중량을 감소시키기 위해, 추가의 밀봉재를 제거하고, 디자인의 자유성을 증가시키는 것을 US 4,830,038 및 US 5,008,062에서 태양 모듈 주위의 플라스틱 프레임으로 적용시키는 것이 기재되어 있으며, 상기 프레임은 RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding; 반응 사출 성형) 방법에 의해 수득된다.
사용되는 중합체 재료는 바람직하게는 엘라스토머성 폴리우레탄이다. 상기 폴리우레탄은 200 내지 10,000 p.s.i.의 범위 (약 1.4 내지 69.0 N/mm2에 상응함)의 E 모듈러스를 갖는다.
상기 프레임을 강하게 하기 위해서, 상기 2개의 특허 명세서에는 다양한 옵션이 기재되어 있다. 예를 들면, 중합체 재료의 보강 성분인 강철 또는 알루미늄을 또한 제조시 프레임에 통합시킬 수 있다. 충전제가 또한 프레임 재료에 도입될 수 있다. 이들은 예를 들어 광물 규회석과 같은 혈소판 형태의 충전제 또는 유리 섬유와 같은 바늘/섬유 형태의 충전제일 수 있다.
유사하게, DE 37 37 183 A1은 태양 모듈의 플라스틱 프레임의 제조 방법이 마찬가지로 기재되어 있으며, 여기서는 프레임의 충분한 강직성 및 태양 발전기의 탄력있는 지지를 보장하기 위해서, 사용되는 재료의 쇼어 강도를 바람직하게는 조정한다.
상기 기재된 모듈은 지지 구조물의 도움으로 설치되거나, 또는 예를 들어 지붕 구조물 상에 적용된다. 이 목적을 위해, 이들은 특정한 모듈 강직성이 요구되며, 이는 불리하게도 (플라스틱) 프레임 및 상대적으로 무거운 전방 플레이트 (두께는 약 3 내지 4 mm임)에 의해 얻어진다. 더욱이, 오로지 그의 두께 때문에, 전방 플레이트는 특정한 흡수를 가지며, 따라서 태양 모듈의 효율성에 해로운 영향을 끼친다.
용어 시트 모듈은 2개의 플라스틱 시트 사이에, 및 임의로 전면 상에 투명한 시트 및 배면 상에 가용성 금속 시트 (알루미늄 또는 스테인레스 스틸) 사이에 태양 전지를 내장한 것을 나타낸다. 예를 들어, 브랜드 "UNIsolar®"의 시트 적층물은 얇은 스테인레스 스틸 시트 상에서 증발되며 2개의 플라스틱 시트 사이에 내장된 비정질 박막 실리콘으로 구성된다. 이어서, 이들 가요성 적층물은 강성을 갖는 구조물, 예를 들어 금속 지붕자재 시트 또는 금속 샌드위치 복합물로 만들어진 지붕자재 요소 상에서 접착하여 결합되어야 한다. DE 10 2005 032 716 A1는 결과적으로 강성을 갖는 구조물 상에 적용되어야 하는 가용성 태양 모듈이 기재되어 있다. 여기서 단점은 상기 강성 구조물에 후속적으로 접착하여 결합하는 작업 단계가 추가된다는 것이다.
플라스틱 프레임 및 유리의 상이한 열 팽창 계수로 인하여, 종전에는 태양 모듈의 내부 영역으로 수분이 침입하여 층분리(delamination)가 반복적으로 일어났으며, 이는 결국 모듈을 파괴시켰다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 종래 기술의 상기한 단점을 회피한 태양 모듈을 제공하는 것이다.
태양 모듈은 가능한 가볍고 동시에 가능한 강성인 유닛 면적 당 일정 중량을 가져서 지지 또는 고정 구조물이 필요없거나 오로지 매우 간단한 것이고, 취급이 용이해야 한다. 또한, 태양 모듈은 층분리 및/또는 수분 침입을 막는 충분히 긴 시간의 어셈블리 안정성을 가져야 한다.
상기 목적은 본 발명에 따른 광전지 태양 모듈에 의해 달성된다.
본 발명은
a) 광원에 대향한 유리판 또는 플라스틱층 형태의 투명층 A)
b) 중간층으로서의 접착층 B) 및 여기에 내장된 태양 전지
c) 하나 이상의 코어층 및 코어층의 한쪽면에 배치된 하나 이상의 외부층으로 이루어지며, 고정 및 전기 접속 소자를 임의로 갖는 샌드위치 요소 C)
로 이루어지는 구조 배열을 갖는 광전지 태양 모듈을 제공한다.
본 발명자들은 상기 구조 배열을 갖는 광전지 태양 모듈이 원하는 특성을 겸비한다는 것을 놀랍게도 발견하였다.
상기 구조의 충분히 높은 강직성으로 인하여, 그 구조는 충분히 높은 안정성을 갖는다. 상기의 충분히 높은 강직성의 결과로, 태양 모듈은 취급이 용이하고, 연장된 시간의 시기 (예를 들어 비수직 표면에 대한 간격 적용시) 후에도 휘지 않는다.
또한, 투명층 A) 및 태양 전지에 대한 샌드위치 요소 C)의 열 팽창 계수의 차이가 매우 작아서, 어떠한 기계적 스트레스도 발생하지 않으며 층분리의 위험이 매우 작다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 태양 모듈의 샌드위치 요소 C)는 외부 영향에 대해 태양 모듈을 밀봉시킨다.
추가의 배리어층에 대하여, 예를 들어 배리어 시트 형태로, 상기 밀봉을 보다 더 최적화시킬 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 이는 샌드위치 요소의 제조 동안에 직접적으로 적용하고, 접착층에 대향하는 샌드위치 요소 상에 또는 접착층과 샌드위치 요소 사이에 배치할 수 있다. 배리어 시트는 샌드위치 요소를 도입하기 전에 가압 툴에 배치할 수 있다. 또한, 배리어층은, 샌드위치 요소를 도입하기 전에 인-몰드 코팅(in-Mould coating)에 의해 배리어층을 가압 툴로 분사하여 제조할 수 있다. 별법으로, 배리어층은 또한 그후에 샌드위치 요소 상에 접착하여 결합시킬 수 있다. 배리어층을 후속적으로 샌드위치 요소에 분무하는 것도 마찬가지로 가능하다.
또한, 태양 모듈은 샌드위치 요소 C)에 의해 개별 기재 (예를 들어 집 지붕 또는 벽) 상에 고정시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 태양 모듈은 바람직하게는 고정 수단, 리세스(recess) 및/또는 구멍을 가지며, 이들은 개별 기재 상에 적용함으로써 샌드위치 요소에 이미 통합되어 있다. 상기 샌드위치 요소는 보다 더 바람직하게는 전기 접속 소자를 함유하며, 후속적으로 예를 들어 커넥션 박스를 제거할 수 있다.
특히 높은 강직성을 얻기 때문에 샌드위치 요소 C)는 바람직하게는 폴리우레탄 (PUR)을 기재로 한다. 상기 샌드위치 요소 C)는 코어층 및 섬유층으로 이루어지며, 폴리우레탄 수지에 함침시키고, 코어층의 양면에 적용한다. 상기 구조를 갖는 샌드위치 요소를 제조하기 위해, 공지된 방법이 고안될 수 있다: NafpurTec 방법, LFI/FipurTec 방법 또는 Interwet 방법, CSM 방법 및 적층 방법.
사용되는 폴리우레탄 수지는 하기를 반응시킴으로써 수득될 수 있다:
1) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,
2) 평균 OH가가 300 내지 700이고 하나 이상의 단쇄 폴리올 및 하나의 장쇄 폴리올을 함유하며 출발 폴리올의 관능성이 2 내지 6인 하나 이상의 폴리올 성분,
3) 물,
4) 활성화제,
5) 안정화제,
6) 임의로 보조 물질, 이형제 및/또는 첨가제.
장쇄 폴리올로서, 2개 이상 6개 이하의 H 원자를 가지며 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 반응성인 폴리올이 바람직하게는 사용된다: OH가가 5 내지 100, 바람직하게는 20 내지 70, 특히 바람직하게는 28 내지 56인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리에테르 폴리올이 바람직하게는 사용된다.
단쇄 폴리올은 바람직하게는 OH가가 150 내지 2000, 바람직하게는 250 내지 1500, 특히 바람직하게는 300 내지 1100인 것들이다.
본 발명에 따라 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트계 (pMDI 타입)의 고도의-환상 이소시아네이트, 그의 예비중합체 또는 이들 성분의 혼합물이 바람직하게는 적합하다.
물은 폴리올 형성 (성분 2) 내지 6)) 100 중량부에 대하여 0 내지 3.0, 바람직하게는 0 내지 2.0 중량부의 양으로 사용된다.
블로잉 반응 및 가교 반응에 대해 그 자체로 통상적인 활성화제, 예를 들어 아민 또는 금속 염이 촉매 반응에 사용된다.
폴리에테르 실록산, 바람직하게는 수용성 성분이 바람직하게는 포옴 안정화제로서 고안될 수 있다. 안정화제는 통상적으로 폴리올 형성 (성분 2) 내지 6)) 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 5 중량부의 양으로 사용된다.
보조 물질, 이형제 및 첨가제는 폴리우레탄 수지 제조를 위한 반응 혼합물에 임의로 첨가할 수 있으며, 예를 들어 표면-활성 첨가제, 예를 들어 유화제, 방염제, 기핵제, 산화방지제, 윤활제 및 몰드 이형제, 염료, 분산제, 발포제 및 안료가 있다.
상기 성분은 이소시아네이트기에 대해 반응성인 수소의 합계에 대하여 폴리이소시아네이트 1)의 NCO기의 동일 비율의 양으로 반응시킬 수 있고, 성분 2) 및 3) 및 임의로 4), 5) 및 6)의 경우 0.8:1 내지 1.4:1, 바람직하게는 0.9:1 내지 1.3:1이다.
샌드위치 요소 C)의 코어층에 사용할 수 있는 재료는 예를 들어 경질 포옴, 바람직하게는 폴리우레탄 (PUR) 또는 폴리스티렌 포옴, 발사 나무, 골진 시트 금속, 스페이서 (예를 들어 큰-기공 개방형 플라스틱 포옴), 벌집 구조물이며, 예를 들어 금속, 함침된 종이 또는 플라스틱 또는 종래 기술에서 공지된 샌드위치 코어 재료로 만들어진다 (예를 들어 문헌[Klein, B., Leichtbau-Konstruktion, Verlag Vieweg, Braunschweig/Wiesbaden, 2000, pages 186 ff.]). 제조되는 태양 모듈이 굽을 수 있거나 3차원 구조가 가능한 형성가능형, 특히 열성형 경질 포옴 (예를 들어 PUR 경질 포옴) 및 벌집 구조물이 또한 특히 바람직하다. 또한, 우수한 절연 특성을 갖는 경질 포옴이 특히 바람직하다. 상기 요소 C), 특히 코어층은 절연, 특히 열 절연에 사용된다.
섬유층을 위한 섬유 재료로서, 유리 섬유 매트, 유리 섬유 부직물, 촙드(chopped) 유리 섬유 가닥, 유리 섬유 직물, 커트(cut) 또는 초점판 유리 또는 광물 섬유, 천연 섬유 매트 및 편물, 커트 천연 섬유, 및 섬유 매트, 중합체를 기재로 하는 부직물 및 편물, 탄소 또는 아라미드 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 것이 가능하다.
샌드위치 요소 C)의 제조는 먼저 섬유층을 배치하고, 폴리우레탄 출발 성분 1) 내지 6)을 코어층의 양면에 적용함으로써 수행될 수 있다. 별도로, 섬유 보강 물질을 또한 적합한 혼합 헤드 기술에 의해 폴리우레탄 원료 1) 내지 6)에 도입할 수 있다. 상기 방식으로 제조된, 3개의 층으로 이루어진 예비형태를 성형 툴에 이동시키고 몰드를 닫는다. 개별 층은 PUR 성분의 반응에 의해 서로 결합한다.

투명층 A)는 하기 재료로 이루어질 수 있다: 유리, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 플루오르화 중합체, 에폭시드, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 또는 이들 재료의 임의의 원하는 조합물. 지방족 이소시아네이트를 기재로 하는 투명한 폴리우레탄이 또한 사용될 수 있다. HDI (헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트), IPDI (이소포론 디이소시아네이트) 및/또는 H12-MDI (포화 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트)가 이소시아네이트로서 채용될 수 있다. 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리올 성분으로서 뿐만 아니라 쇄 연장제로서 사용될 수 있으며, 지방족계가 바람직하게는 사용된다.

접착층 B)는 하기 특성을 갖는다: 350 nm 내지 1150 nm 범위의 높은 투명도, 실리콘 및 투명층 A)의 재료 및 샌드위치 요소 C)에 대한 우수한 접착성. 상기 접착층은 하나 이상의 접착 시트로 이루어질 수 있으며, 층 A) 및/또는 샌드위치 요소 상에 적층된다.
접착층 B)는 연성이어서 투명층 A), 태양 전지 및 샌드위치 요소 C)의 상이한 열 팽창 계수로 인해 발생하는 스트레스를 보상한다. 접착층 B)는 바람직하게는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지며, 임의로 착색될 수 있다.
샌드위치 요소 C의 열 팽창 계수는 바람직하게는 바람직하게는 10 내지 20 x 10-6 K-1이고, 샌드위치 조성물 및 섬유 보강재에 따라 다르다.
태양 모듈은 바람직하게는 주변 폴리우레탄 프레임을 가지며, 이들은 후속적으로 RIM, R-RIM, S-RIM, RTM, 분무 또는 캐스팅에 의해 적용될 수 있다.
본 발명은 또한

iii) 태양 전지를 접착층 B) 상에 배치하거나 또는 접착층 B) 내에 내장하거나 또는 태양 시트를 접착층 B) 상에 적용하는 단계,
iv) 접착층 B) 및/또는 투명층 A)를 임의로 포함하는 투명한 플라스틱 시트를 태양 전지 상에 적용하는 단계, 및
v) 상기 층 구조를 임의로 온도 작용하에서 및/또는 임의로 진공하에서 임의로 압축하는 단계

샌드위치 요소 C)는 이미 압축되어 있거나 결합된 샌드위치 요소로서 또는 아직 압축되어 있지 않거나 결합되지 않은 층으로 비결합 샌드위치 요소로서 제공될 수 있다.
상기 방법은 투명층 A) (예를 들어 플라스틱 시트)을 먼저 제공함으로써 수행될 수 있다. 플라스틱 시트의 형태로 또는 화합물로서의 접착층 B)는 후속적으로 층 A) 상에 적용된다. 태양 전지 또는 태양 시트를 접착층 B)에 상에 배치하거나 또는 접착층 B)에 내장된다. 임의로 접착층 B)를 포함하는 샌드위치 요소 C)를 이어서 적용한다. 바람직하게는 온도 작용하에서 후속적으로 압축할 수 있다.
상기 방법은 또한 태양 전지 또는 태양 층을 이미 포함하는 층 A) 및 B)로 이루어지는 마감 시트 모듈을 압축 툴에 배치하여 배열할 수 있다. 상기 시트 모듈은 바람직하게는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 만들어진 접착층 B)를 적용하는 샌드위치 요소 대향면 상에 갖는다.
별도로, 아직 결합되지 않은 시트 모듈은 먼저 투명층 A)를 제공함으로써 제조될 수 있다. 플라스틱 시트 형태 또는 화합물로서의 접착층 B)를 후속적으로 투명층 A) 상에 적용한다. 태양 전지 또는 태양 시트는 그 위에 접착층 B)에 상에 배치하거나 또는 접착층 B)에 내장한다. 이어서, 추가의 접착층 B)가 - 바람직하게는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 만들어진 - 임의로 적용된다.
마찬가지로 바람직하게는 아직 압축하지 않은 샌드위치 요소 (바람직하게는 PUR 샌드위치)를 이어서 제공되는 이미 결합된 시트 모듈 상에, 또는 제조되었지만 아직 결합되지 않은 시트 모듈 상에 배치한다. 임의로 온도를 상승시키면서 후속적으로 압축을 수행한다. 압축 공정은 샌드위치 요소를 경화시키고 동일 작업 단계에서 이를 시트 모듈에 결합시킨다. 아직 결합되지 않은 시트 모듈이 제공된 경우에 압축 공정은 동시에 적층 층을 서로 결합시킬 수 있다.
또한, 추가의 관능성 층 및 요소는 압축 공정 전에 도입되어서 압축 공정에 의해 태양 모듈에 결합될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 산소 및 수분에 대한 배리어 시트 (예를 들어 PVF (폴리비닐 플루오라이드)-PET (폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)-PVF 또는 PVF-알루미늄-PVF 복합 시트)를 층 B) 및 샌드위치 요소 C) 사이에 도입될 수 있다. 이들 배리어 시트는 다음으로 샌드위치 요소 C)에 대한 우수한 결합성을 위해 접착층을 임의로 포함한다. 별도로, 상기 배리어층은 또한 샌드위치 요소 C)의 배면 (광으로부터 먼 곳의 대향면) 상에 적용할 수 있다. 열 절연성을 개선시키기 위해, 예를 들어 폴리우레탄 경질 포옴으로 만들어진 추가의 절연층을 샌드위치 요소 C)의 배면 상에 적용할 수 있다.
추가의 실시양태에서, 샌드위치 요소 C)를 제조할 때에 미디어 라인을 또한 압출시킬 수 있다. 상기 라인은 예를 들어 플라스틱 또는 구리로 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 라인은 바람직하게는 층 B) 가까이에 배치하여 열을 방출시키는 매질 (예를 들어 물)에 의해 태양 모듈을 냉각시키는데 사용할 수 있다. 전기 효율성은 태양 모듈의 내부 냉각에 의해 향상될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 태양 모듈은 전기를 발생키시면서 동시에 절연층으로서 작용하기 때문에 지붕 클래딩(cladding)으로서도 잘 사용할 수 있다. 이들은 매우 저중량이면서 강성이다. 또한 이들은 압축에 의해 3차원 구조가 변환될 수 있어서 미리 정해진 지붕 구조에 잘 맞출 수 있다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도 1에 의해 실시예로 보다 상세하게 설명될 수 있다. 도 1은 전지 커넥터 (2)로 연결된 태양 전지 (3)이 내장된 투명한 접착층 (1)로 이루어진 배열을 나타낸다. 상부에는 얇은 유리판으로 이루어지는 투명하고, UV-안정한 얇은 전방층 (4)가 있다. 반면, 배면에는 폴리우레탄으로 결합된 코어층 (6) 및 유리 섬유층 (7)로 이루어진 지지형용 샌드위치 요소 (5)가 있다. 고정 요소 (8) 및 전기 커넥션 박스 (9)가 지지형용 샌드위치 요소로 통합되어 있다. 샌드위치 요소에 이어서 물 및 산소 침입을 막는 배리어 시트 (10)가 있다. 태양 모듈은 물, 오염물 및 산소의 측면 침입을 막으며 엘라스토머성 폴리우레탄으로 만들어진 주변 단부 보호 (11)을 갖는다.
실시예
태양 모듈은 하기 개별 성분으로 제작되었다. 125 ㎛ 두께의 폴리카르보네이트 시트 (레베르쿠센 소재의 바이엘 머티리얼사의 타입 마크로폴(Makrofol®)DE 1-4)를 전방층으로 사용하였다. 2개의 480 ㎛ 두께의 EVA 시트 (로텐나커(Rottenacker) 소재의 캄파니 에티멕스(company Etimex)사의 타입 비스타솔라(Vistasolar®))를 접착층으로서 사용하였다. 베이프레그(Baypreg®) 샌드위치를 샌드위치 요소로서 사용하였다. 이 목적을 위해, 타입 테스트라인너(Testliner) 2 (A-파상, 판지 두께 4.9 내지 5.1 mm, 켐니츠(Chemnitz) 소재의 캄파니 와벤파르빅(company Wabenfarbik)사)의 벌집 판지가 유닛 면적 당 중량이 300 g/m2인 타입 M 123 (캄파니 베트로텍스(company Vetrotex), 헤르조겐라트(Herzogenrath) 소재)의 촙드 섬유 매트를 양면에 제공하였다. 상기 구조의 경우, 후속적으로 300 g/m2의 반응성 폴리우레탄계를 고압 가공처리 기계를 이용하여 분무하였다. 레베르쿠센 소재의 바이엘 머티리얼사이언스 아게의 폴리올 (베이프레그®VP.PU 01IF13) 및 이소시아네이트 (데스모두르®VP.PU 08IF01) 100 내지 235.7의 혼합 비율 (인덱스 129)로 이루어진 폴리우레탄계를 사용하였다. 폴리우레판으로 분무한 벌집 판지 및 촙드 섬유 매트로 이루어진 구조물을 90초 동안 130 ℃로 조절된 툴에서 압축하여 10 mm 두께의 베이프레그®샌드위치 복합물을 형성하였다.
폴리카르보네이트 시트, EVA 시트, 4개의 실리콘 태양 전지, EVA 시트 및 최종적으로 베이프레그®샌드위치의 순서로 개별 성분을 어셈블리하여 적층물을 형성하고 먼저 진공 라미네이터(company NPC, 일본 도쿄 소재)에서 6분 동안 150 ℃에서 꺼내고, 이어서 7분 동안 1 bar 압력에서 압축하여 태양 모듈을 형성하였다.
상기 방식으로 제조된 태양 모듈을 표준 스펙트럼 (AM 1.5 g 조건)하의 태양 시뮬레이터로 분석하였다. 비바람에 노출된 모듈은 13.4% (+/- 0.5%)의 효율을 갖는다. IEC 61215에 따라, 후속적으로 기후 사이클 시험을 상기 모듈로 수행하였다. 302회의 기후 변화 사이클 (-40 ℃ 내지 +85℃)을 실행하였다. 이러한 기후 변화 후에, 태양 시뮬레이터에서 측정된 효율은 12.8% (+/- 0.5%)였다.
Claims (7)
- a) 광원에 대향한 유리판 또는 플라스틱층 형태의 투명층 A),
b) 태양 전지가 내장된 중간층으로서의 접착층 B), 및
c) 하나 이상의 코어층 및 코어층의 한쪽면에 배치된 하나 이상의 외부층으로 이루어지며, 고정 및 전기 접속 소자를 임의로 갖는 샌드위치 요소 C)
로 이루어지는 태양 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서, 층 구조가 플라스틱 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 모듈.
- i) 하나 이상의 코어층 및 코어층의 한쪽면에 배치된 하나 이상의 외부층으로 이루어지며, 고정 및 전기 접속 소자를 임의로 갖는 샌드위치 요소 C)를 제공하는 단계,
ii) 접착층 B)를 플라스틱 시트의 형태로 또는 화합물로서 샌드위치 요소 C) 상에 적용하는 단계,
iii) 태양 전지를 접착층 B) 상에 배치하거나 또는 접착층 B) 내에 내장하거나 또는 태양 시트를 적용하는 단계
iv) 접착층 B) 및/또는 투명층 A)를 임의로 포함하는 투명한 플라스틱 시트 A)를 태양 전지 상에 적용하는 단계, 및
v) 상기 층 구조를 임의로 온도 작용하에서 및/또는 임의로 진공하에서 임의로 압축하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 태양 모듈의 제조 방법. - i) 접착층 B) 및/또는 투명층 A)를 임의로 포함하는 투명한 플라스틱 시트 A)를 제공하는 단계,
ii) 접착층 B)를 플라스틱 시트의 형태로 또는 화합물로서 층 A) 상에 적용하는 단계,
iii) 태양 전지를 접착층 B) 상에 배치하거나 또는 접착층 B)에 내장하거나 또는 태양 시트를 적용하는 단계,
iv) 하나 이상의 코어층 및 코어층의 한쪽면에 배치된 하나 이상의 외부층으로 이루어지는 샌드위치 요소 C)를 태양 전지 상에 적용하는 단계, 및
v) 상기 층 구조를 임의로 온도 작용하에서 및/또는 임의로 진공하에서 임의로 압축하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 태양 모듈의 제조 방법. - i) 태양 전지 또는 태양 층을 이미 포함하는 층 A) 및 B)로 이루어지는 미리 제작된 시트 모듈을 압축 툴에 배치하는 단계,
ii) 바람직하게는 아직 압축하지 않은 샌드위치 요소 C)를, 접착층을 포함하는 시트 모듈의 한쪽면에 배치하는 단계, 및
iii) 임의로 온도 작용하에서 및/또는 임의로 진공하에서 압축하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 태양 모듈의 제조 방법. - i) 아직 연결되지 않은 시트 모듈을 제공하고, 먼저 층 A)를 압축 툴에 배치하고, 후속적으로 접착층 B)를 적용하고, 이어서 태양 전지 또는 태양 시트를 접착층 B)에 적용하거나 내장하는 단계,
ii) 추가의 접착층 B)를 임의로 적용하는 단계,
iii) 바람직하게는 아직 압축하지 않은 샌드위치 요소 C)를, 접착층을 포함하는 상기 시트 모듈의 한쪽면에 배치하는 단계, 및
iv) 임의로 온도 작용하에서 및/또는 임의로 진공하에서 압축하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 태양 모듈의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 기재된 태양 모듈의, 지붕 클래딩(cladding) 및 지붕 절연 재료로서의 용도.
