Abstract
Description
本発明は、
a)光源に面した、ガラス板またはプラスチック層の形態の透明層A)、
b)太陽電池が埋め込まれている中間層としての接着層B)、
c)少なくとも1つのコア層と、該コア層の両側に位置する少なくとも1つの外層からなり、場合により締め具および電気的接続素子を有するサンドイッチ素子C)
からなる構造配置を有するソーラーモジュールを提供する。
1)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、
2)少なくとも1つの短鎖ポリオールおよび少なくとも1つの長鎖ポリオールを含み、出発ポリオールが2〜6の官能価を有している、300〜700のOH価を有する少なくとも1つのポリオール成分、
3)水、
4)活性剤、
5)安定剤、
6)場合により、助剤、離型剤および/または添加剤
を反応させることにより得ることができる。
i)少なくとも1つのコア層と、該コア層の両側に位置する少なくとも1つの外層からなり、場合により締め具および電気的接続素子を有するサンドイッチ素子C)を供し、
ii)接着層B)を、プラスチック板の形態で、またはサンドイッチ素子C)上にコンパウンドとして適用し、
iii)太陽電池を接着層B)に設置し、または接着層B)に組み込み、あるいは接着層B)上にソーラー板を適用し、
iv)場合により接着層B)を含んでなる透明プラスチック板、および/または透明層A)を太陽電池上に適用し、
v)前記層構造を、場合により、必要に応じて温度の影響下および/または必要に応じて真空中で加圧する
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- a)光源に面した、ガラス板またはプラスチック層の形態の透明層A)、
b)太陽電池が埋め込まれている中間層としての接着層B)、
c)少なくとも1つのコア層と、該コア層の両側に位置する少なくとも1つの外層からなり、場合により締め具および電気的接続素子を有するサンドイッチ素子C)
からなるソーラーモジュール。 - 層構造がプラスチックフレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュールの製造方法であって、
i)少なくとも1つのコア層と、該コア層の両側に位置する少なくとも1つの外層からなり、場合により締め具および電気的接続素子を有するサンドイッチ素子C)を供し、
ii)接着層B)を、プラスチック板の形態で、またはサンドイッチ素子C)上にコンパウンドとして適用し、
iii)太陽電池を接着層B)に設置し、または接着層B)に組み込み、あるいはソーラー板を適用し、
iv)場合により接着層B)を含んでなる透明プラスチック板A)、および/または透明層A)を太陽電池上に適用し、
v)前記層構造を、場合により、必要に応じて温度の影響下および/または必要に応じて真空中で加圧する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュールの製造方法であって、
i)場合により接着層B)を含んでなる透明プラスチック板A)、および/または透明層A)を供し、
ii)接着層B)を、プラスチック板の形態で、または層A)上にコンパウンドとして適用し、
iii)太陽電池を接着層B)に設置し、または接着層B)に組み込み、あるいはソーラー板を適用し、
iv)少なくとも1つのコア層と、該コア層の両側に位置する少なくとも1つの外層からなるサンドイッチ素子C)を、太陽電池上に適用し、
v)前記層構造を、場合により、必要に応じて温度の影響下および/または必要に応じて真空中で加圧する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュールの製造方法であって、
i)すでに太陽電池またはソーラー層を含んでなる、層A)およびB)からなる既製のシートモジュールを加圧ツールに設置し、
ii)好ましくは未加圧のサンドイッチ素子C)を、接着層を含んでなるシートモジュールの側面に設置し、
iii)必要に応じて温度の影響下および/または必要に応じて真空中で加圧を行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュールの製造方法であって、
i)未接続のシートモジュールを供し、初めに層A)を加圧ツールに設置し、その後接着層B)を適用し、その後、これらの太陽電池またはソーラー板を接着層B)に適用し、または組み込み、
ii)場合により、さらに接着層B)を適用し、
iii)好ましくは未加圧のサンドイッチ素子C)を、接着層を含んでなるシートモジュールの側面に設置し、
iv)必要に応じて温度の影響下および/または必要に応じて真空中で加圧を行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュールの、屋根仕上げ材および屋根断熱材としての使用。
