Claims (4)
- 원통형의 연속탄소섬유 다발체(400)가 삽통(揷痛)되는 회전축(102)이 설치된 오프너부(100)와, 상기 오프너부(100)로부터 공급되는 연속탄소섬유(402)에 수분을 침투시키는 워터분사부(200)와, 상기 워터분사부로부터 공급되는 연속탄소섬유(402)를 위사로 하여 직물을 직조하는 직조장치부(300)로 구성된 일방향탄소섬유 직물 직조 시스템(10)으로서,상기 직조장치부(300)는,경사(312)를 공급하는 경사공급부(310);상기 경사공급부(310)로부터 공급되는 경사(312)를 상하 방향으로 이송시키는 하나 이상의 이송롤러(320a, 320b);연속탄소섬유(402)를 상기 경사(312)에 일정한 주기로 걸려지도록 좌우 이동하는 셔틀(330); 및상기 셔틀(330)의 좌우 이동 동작에 따라 형성된, 연속탄소섬유(402)와 경사(312)로 이루어진 그물망 구조의 직물(500)을 권취하는 권취롤러(340)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직조 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오프너부(100)는 수직 절곡한 'ㄴ'형의 플레이트로 구성되고,상기 'ㄴ'형의 플레이트 중의 평면부(100a)에는 원통형의 연속탄소섬유 다발 체(400)가 삽통(揷痛)되는 회전축(102)이 설치되어 있고,상기 'ㄴ'형의 플레이트 중의 측면부(100b)에는 상기 연속탄소섬유 다발체(400)로부터 공급되는 연속탄소섬유사(402)가 관통하는 홀(104)이 형성되어 있고,상기 상기 회전축(102)이 설치된, 평면부(100a)의 중앙 부분에는 베어링이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직조 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 워터분사부(200)는 사각틀 형상의 프레임으로 형성되어 있고,상기 사각틀 형상의 프레임 상부에는 별도의 자동 물 분사 장치가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직조 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 직조 시스템에 의해 제조되고, 위사로서 연속탄소섬유(402)가 적용된 일방향탄소섬유 직물.
