Claims (21)
- 유기용매;산화-환원 유도체;요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체; 및첨가제로서 t-부틸피리딘을 포함하여 이루어진 염료감응 태양전지용 전해질 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매는 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 3-메톡시프로피온니트릴 및 감마-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 전해질 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화-환원 유도체는 요오드; 및 요오드화 리튬, 요오드화 나트륨, 요오드화 칼륨, 브롬화 리튬, 브롬화 나트륨, 브롬화 칼륨, 4급 암모늄염, 이미다졸륨염 및 피리디니움염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 혼합물인 것을 특 징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 전해질 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전해질 용액은 상기 유기용매에 대하여 0.04~0.06M 요오드 및 0.05~0.15M 요오드화 리튬, 요오드화 나트륨, 요오드화 칼륨, 브롬화 리튬, 브롬화 나트륨, 브롬화 칼륨, 4급 암모늄염, 이미다졸륨염 및 피리디니움염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종을 혼합한 산화-환원 유도체, 0.5~0.7M 요오드화피리디니 움계 이온성 액체 및 첨가제로서 0.4~0.6M t-부틸피리딘을 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 전해질 용액.
- 염료감응 태양전지로서,(A) 투명기판; 상기 투명기판의 상부에 형성된 투명전도성 산화물층; 및 상기 투명전도성 산화물층의 상부에 형성되며, 염료가 흡착되어 있는 나노 산화물층을 포함하는 음극계 전극;(B) 투명기판; 상기 투명기판의 상부에 형성된 투명전도성 산화물층; 및 상기 투명전도성 산화물층의 상부에 형성된 백금층을 포함하는 양극계 전극; 및(C) 상기 음극계 전극 및 양극계 전극 사이에 게재되며, 유기용매; 산화-환원 유도체; 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체; 및 첨가제로서 t-부틸피리딘을 포함하는 전해질 용액을 포함하여 이루어진 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 유기용매는 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 3-메톡시프로피온니트릴 및 감마-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체는 1-에틸피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-부틸피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-헥실피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-부틸-2-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드 및 1-부틸-3-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체는 1-부틸피리디니움 아이오다이드, 1-헥실피리디니움 아이오다이드 및 1-부틸-2-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.

- 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법으로서,음극계 전극을 제조하는 제1단계;양극계 전극을 제조하는 제2단계;상기 음극계 전극 또는 양극계 전극을 접합시킨 후, 상기 음극계 전극 및 양극계 전극 사이에 유기용매; 산화-환원 유도체; 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체; 및 첨가제로서 t-부틸피리딘을 포함하는 전해질 용액을 주입하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어진 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 유기용매는 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 3-메톡시프로피온니트릴 및 감마-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.

- 제16항에 있어서,상기 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체는 1-에틸피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-부틸피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-헥실피리디니움 아이오다이드; 1-부틸-2-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드 및 1-부틸-3-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 요오드화피리디니움계 이온성 액체는 1-부틸피리디니움 아이오다이드, 1-헥실피리디니움 아이오다이드 및 1-부틸-2-메틸피리디니움 아이오다이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
