Abstract

PURPOSE: An electric grill is provided to prevent oil from scattering to the outside of a grill when cooking big-sized food by forming a lid screening plate on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION: An electric grill is composed of a body(100), an oil storing tray(200), a grill plate(300), and a lid unit(400). The body is formed into a cylindrical shape with an open upper end and comprises an open wing portion(110) on its one side. The oil storing tray is inserted into the body. The grill plate is fixed to the upper end of the body by the projected pieces(312) of both handles. An electric heater(350) is attached to one side of the grill plate. The conductor connected to the electric heater is formed at the lower end of the grill plate. The lid unit covers the upper end of the grill plate. The lid unit comprises a cover protrusion(410) on the circumference of the lower end.
