Claims (12)
- 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정에 있어서알루미나/지르콘에 첨가제, 물, 분산제, 결합제를 혼합한 슬러리를 만드는 단계,볼 밀링(ball milling)하는 단계,주조(casting)단계,대기 중에서 하루 동안 건조하는 성형체를 제조하는 단계,열처리(sintering)단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알루미나의 함유량은 30 vol% 부터 60 vol%까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지르콘의 함유량은 10 vol% 부터 20 vol%까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분산제를 Poly Acrylic Acid를 사용하여 알루미나 중량의 2.0wt %부터 4.0wt%까지 첨가하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결합제를 콜로이드 실리카(colloidal silica)를 사용하여 알루미나 중량의 2.5wt% 부터 4.0 wt%까지 첨가하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 로를 2℃/분으로 가열하고, 900 내지 1150℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 열처리 시간은 5시간 이하이며, 수축율이 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 코어는 슬립캐스팅 또는 캘케스팅으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 캘케스팅에 의한 시험편의 성형강도가 지르콘 100%의 경우, 10 MPa 이상이며, 지르콘(80vol%)/알루미나(20vol%)의 경우, 5 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 슬립캐스팅으로 제조한 시험편의 성형강도가 지르콘 100%의 경우, 1.2 MPa 이상이며, 지르콘(80vol%)/알루미나(20vol%)의 경우, 0.3 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 슬립캐스팅으로 제조한 시험편을 1000℃에서 열처리 후 강도가 지르콘 100% 및 지르콘(80vol%)/알루미나(20vol%)의 경우, 2.2 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 슬립캐스팅으로 제조한 시험편을 1150℃에서 열처리 후 강도가 지르콘 100%의 경우 13 MPa 이상이며, 지르콘 (80vol%)/알루미나(20 vol%)의 경우 9.5 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
